    Wow!!! I knew fried taro dumpling is hard to make at home, but I didn't know it's because of the oil temperature during the frying process. Thank you for your lovely video. Your mom is so talented! I love, love fried taro dumpling and feel lucky I could buy it here in the beautiful city of San Francisco.

    My favourite dim sum dish! Thanks for making these videos. I love learning recipes from my mom but these videos often explain important details like oil temp better than she can.
