- Students from Balbina Viana Arrais state-school in Brejo Santo, Brazil surprised their teacher with a box of cash donations after they heard that he was having financial problems and hadn't received paycheck.

Unfortunately in Brazil there was a president who stole the country, Lula. People like Professor Bruno were left without their salary because some stole an entire country.
That moment that u realise that the 400 brazillian dollars (or brazillian reals) are just bout a weeks pay check worth which wouldnt pay even half his bills is kinda upsetting, but yeah i guess the kids did mean well

@@frocy9d I was a teacher for 5 years. I hugged my students. I didn't care. Some kids don't get love from parents. Some just need a hug when they were upset or crying. I don't regret it. And I didn't get fired. Those kids were like my own children. I saw them more than their parents did.
Brazilians hug each other a lot because they are warm and have no problem showing affection. Not every hug is considered harassment.

That's one thing money cannot beat. that is love, for that reason alone .I believe he is wealthy. Love
It's sad that the politicians and their woeful system couldn't show the same concern and care for him, and others like him. However, the State's ineptitude gave these children the opportunity to show their love for their teacher. The politicians will never experience this.

Wonderful students who will grow up to be amazing adults. No textbook can ever teach them compassion, love, respect and integrity. Teacher and students are so lucky to have each other.
I'm a school teacher in India. Bruno is much younger than me but I would like to follow his example. I'm passionate about my teaching but got an extra dose of encouragement after watching this video.

Dont be angry but you guys get 10 times more salary..and have very less work..plus 3 months vacations and 50 holidays a year..even with salary of over 65,000 rs 80% of teachers in india do not work well..sad thing..
That may be true....but I get just 12 thousand per month ( because of pandemic) but I manage to support my family and keep my cool.( Indian RS.. 12000 is equal to about 180 American dollars)
It's not about the money but the kindness of students are very much more motivated
Omg these students are soo beautiful. They have changed this man's life. I only wish humanity would learn from these students. This teacher gave his all to these kids and they gave back. Amazing.

He definitely deserved it, but those students, they are the heroes in this story too. They recognized the struggle and pain in him and done what only few would do. We are talking about the kids who probably don't have much themselves but still decided to react, help and appreciate what they have. Beautiful.
