Hyosung GT650R (2015) fitted with Diablo carbon fibre oval Fuel exhaust. Cut-off OEM system.

Hyosung GT650R OEM silencer and pillion footrest removal.
Our customer wanted to rid his 2015 Hyosung GT650R of the genuine large bolt on silencer including 3 bolt flange. He also wanted to remove the footrest hangers as he never carries a pillion and wanted a neater system.
The OEM system was cut off just below the OEM flange enabling us to fit a smaller, much more compact slip on exhaust. The rear footrests were removed leaving no need for a separate exhaust mounting bracket. The slip on exhaust fitment is secured using a clamp but also a spring for extra hold.
Now fitted with a Diablo carbon fibre oval micromini exhaust, this Hyosung GT650R v-twin motorcycle sounds amazing! The exhaust has a sleeve length of 250mm and is complete with removable baffle / dB killer.
Our customer was very happy. Not sure about his neighbours though. ;-)
