Thanks for the video this sounds and looks mint 🎉
Do you know what db your muffler is with oem cat in and removed?
Did the slip on add power?
    I want one of these.

No problem, glad you like it.
Our Diablo MicroMini exhaust as shown in the video was 93db with the OEM cat fitted and at 5000rpm, this is with the db killer fitted in the exhaust too.
With the OEM cat removed and the Fuel decat pipe in place, the same exhaust at 5000rpm rev range is 97db.
We do not have any official power ratings however there is generally an increase of around 3-5% increase on BHP when the db killer is removed.
You can build your exhaust here - www.fuelexhausts.com/exhausts/bike-and-range/ktm/790-duke-2017.

That decat with standard pipe sound mint 👌. Do you know how the fueling is when the cats removed?
I think for me, the Diablo pipe will be a tad too loud. Sounds pretty damn good though 👍

Sorry for the late reply, the notifications don't seem to be working! Thanks for your comment. We did not run the bike with the decat pipe and OEM silencer for a period of time so can not be sure if the fuelling is effected.

No worries mate. I'm going for a first service on Tuesday (not D3) and I'll have a chat with them to see about a full Akro map install and if they'll do it without buying the system I'll be coming to see you. I might just come and see you regardless as I'm only up the M6 (or A6) 👍

@Manolo thanks! No, no need to remap when fitting this kit to the Duke 790. This has been confirmed by our local KTM dealer. :-)

How difficult is it to remove the baffle?

    • @FuelExhaustsLtd

@R ob, it is removed with an allen key and is fairly straightforward. There is a small rubber grommet on the inside of the outlet which is removed and then you insert an allen key and undo the bolt which is held in place with a captive fixing. The bolt may drop off the allen key into the carbon end cap but it cannot go anywhere, like into the exhaust, it will just sit in the carbon end cap until removed. We use a mild steel bolt for the Diablo exhaust so if you do drop it, you can easily trace it out of the hole using a magnet. :-)
