- In this video I try to address the rear sag of my Jeep since installing some aftermarket gear. I'm going to demonstrate how I install a pair of 1" coil spacers in the rear of my jeep. This is not difficult to do, however there are dangers and you can be hurt. Attempt at your own risk.
Extreme Terrain lists the Rear Suspension Torque Specs as follows:
If you install any kind of suspension modifications, these specs will be good to know. Another important note, if the manufacturer of the part you installed says otherwise, use these specs.

After driven the rear will settle back down to just a 1" lift.
Hey this 1" added 2" of lift to your rear is that normal?
Man I really can’t say. When I added my current lift it was suppose to be 2” but it was closer to 3” when done. I don’t mind the extra clearance when off road but now I have to be mindful of parking garages.
@@rambling4x4adventures92 Thanks for the video my rear is 2" lower I ordered the 1" see what that does I guess
You can add a 1” spacer too when you change the spring. That way when you are loaded it will balance out. Just a thought and it’s easy to do when everything is torn apart.
