In this video i show you how to lift or level your Jeep using a coil spacer. Fix those sagging springs or level your Jeep without spending a lot of money. These $12 polyurethane spacers from Amazon were the best option for me until i can afford new springs. After a few months of use they did not hold up very well, i would recommend these instead.

The easiest way to weigh things with home scale is to: weigh yourself, then pick up the object and step on the scale. Subtract your weight from the total weight.

I don't think you need to hold a 146 pound item using a home scale if you do it right.

Does it matter if the coil spacers are installed on top or bottom ?

I need to do something to the wife’s TJ. Added an 8274 and wow. Sag central! She’s got about a 3 inch lift on it. Short arm. Maybe I should just go with 4 inch springs.....

im doin same with a 2.5 lift. But the big question i have is my factory lug nut studs and nuts i guess need to be longer.i have 2006 ruby axles but the studs seem to be same as factory but the wheels that came with it just dont leave much stud there to put wheels back on to.They are safe once you have them bolted on they are ok.But even though they are 15x33x12.50 if i had longer studs would be much better. Can you tell me where the best cheapest place to get new studs are.Probably 1/2 in longer would be big help but what do you reccomend without spending 7 dollars a piece.Thank you.great job as always. You have become my favorite.Thank you for some input

I always put the tire under my jeep. I'm about as fat as the tire so if it falls I should live to tell about it.

Thanks for the video. Does the coils have to be a certain orientation? Or spun into a groove?

Wooden blocks and a high lift??? Recipe for disaster or potential death. Preferred use Jack stands to replace high lift and larger hydraulic jack instead of wooden blocks. Safety Third! Seriously, if you are going to show how to videos, put a ton of disclaimers on this one or do it right and safe. Someone watching this will do exactly like you are doing and potentially hurt them selves.

Thanks, there is no noticeable difference in the way it rides or handles, it’s such a small spacer.

I was watching this thinking it might have been some kind of SNL skit on how NOT to swap out suspension parts. I can only hope that nobody copies your methods and gets hurt, or worse. Hi Lift jacks are nothing but dangerous. I've been wheeling for over 30 years and have never seen an example of one being used safely where there were no other options. On another note, the musical track you dubbed onto the video was painful. Sorry man, if you're going to make instructional videos at least do it responsibly (and no music is better than shit music)
