Yes! Someone feels the same for this film!! Just like the reassurance I felt when getting the message from Ceylan in the conversations and ending of dry grasses. It was my first time at 3-days in Cannes, and watching film by Ceylan for the first time. Weeping while walking out Arcades for the next film, I got a bit upset hearing people saying they're trying to not fall asleep.
All Nuri Bilge wants to show in movies is the truths of anatolia and its people. As a native Turkish, I totally feel it. If you wanna understand deeply about our nation and country, just watch his movies. Thank you for the content. Loved it!
@@rohitchandra4395I just read one of his books which is snow. You can read that one, if you wanna learn how far right Islamic ideas affected people's lives in 1990s of eastern region Turkey. It may not be my favourite however it reflects truths of those people.

It was a really great movie, specially the ending when he starts picturing Sevim (the girl) playing snowballs with him. I could only stare at the beauty of that scene. He too much reminds me of the quality you can find in Bergman and Tarkovsky films. Slow pace and poetic. So beautiful, just love it.
I liked it even I went to see alone at theatre first time ever and there was only 2 people and me lol so it was funny. But I didnt understand the "shocking scene". But I'm not sure do i need to understand it or not lol
I think that moment is really what you personally feel but to me that was kinda like the character's ego breaking? Or like a moment so major that reality cracks

The movie doesn't have a release date yet outside of July in France. Non-English releases like these are unfortunately low-demand so it could take up to 2 years for this to get a home video release, but I'd say check IMDb for more eventual release date information
