Jeff, So it has several ingredients that in theory might work together. For example, see my video on ashwagandha: ua-cam.com/video/PFou1FUzkvM/v-deo.html However, I think the key ingredient is melatonin. It has 5 mg which is similar to what I've seen in some melatonin supplements. the real test however would be to compare Relaxium to melatonin and see what happens.
Read the fine print at the bottom of the website. They give you the first bottle free, only charging shipping and handling, but they get your credit card info. and send 2 more bottles ("so you won't run out") which they charge you about $120 for, and will continue charging every 2 months unless you tell them to stop.

I just take magnesium & a little Benadryl & Sleep3 tablets along with Lemon balm oil. I used to be on Seroquel but it gave me negative affects & actually gave me extreme munchies & I couldn’t sleep until I ate so much felt like I was gonna throw up. I was taking 250 mg of ashwaganda but I stopped taking it was giving me negative effects. Lemon balm, chamomile, magnesium, lavender, valerian root are all great options to get good sleep without getting negative side effects
& I am an insomniac it’s hard for me to get to sleep regardless but magnesium definitely helps the most more than anything I only take it at night & I also take 30 mg of CBD oil as well it definitely helps me alot

It had me up all night. I woke up every hour. It had me so wound up, I couldn't sleep at all. I keep trying it but it never worked.
So sorry to hear that happened! I cant think of which ingredient in relaxium would do that. hopefully you are sleeping better these days,

Sleeping pills melatonin my little nieces nine years old twins they take that
9 yr old children taking sleeping pills or melatonin? I would not suggest that.
@@JoeCannon1 I was telling my mom please don’t get those pills to my little nieces but she said the doctor says real good for them. It’s no harm. Every time they take it temp changes. They get very angry and fall asleep fast.
