Don't Get Drawn into a Real Estate Lawsuit through the Subpoena Process

As a real estate professional, you could be served with a subpoena. Even though you're not named in a lawsuit initially, everything you say or provide in terms of documentation could bring you into the lawsuit. So be sure to talk with your real estate attorney before you act on a subpoena.
