The other 2 form are not on the site. It can be very helpful to have the most current information and forms that are TRULY needed. The instructions and answer forms I am assuming are no longer needed?
Hi, Grecia. All the instructions and forms for a small claims case should be available here: www.civillawselfhelpcenter.org/self-help/small-claims You can get more info and help in our free, weekly Small Claims class (www.lacsn.org/scclass) or at the Civil Law Self-Help Center on the first floor of the Regional Justice Center (200 Lewis Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89104). The Self-Help Center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (excluding holidays).
I have a question concerning small claims…my neighbor put solar panels on his roof - his roof slopes down onto my property…pigeons have nested under the panels…Aside from a foul odor - I now have tons of pigeon droppings, dead pigeons and broken eggs on my yard…I’ve had to replace the landscape rocks once…pigeon poop may have caused both my pets to die, tiles on my roof adjacent to solar panels are filled with droppings…can I take neighbor to small claims court and sue for landscape Rand roof repairs…thanks
