    So bitter greens if I understand well. Arugula en what else are bitter greens? Anyone have suggestions?

      Arugula (Rocket)
      Dandelion Greens
      Chicory
      Endive
      Radicchio
      Frisée (Curly Endive)
      Mustard Greens
      Escarole
      Collard Greens
      Turnip Greens
      Beet Greens
      Kale (some varieties are more bitter than others)
      Swiss Chard
      Broccoli Rabe (Rapini)
      Watercress

    So thrilled to see you validate what the Glucose Goddess claims…….greens before EVERY meal! I started following her for controlling my glucose levels due to sugar cravings. It truly helps (when I actually do it!) How do you feel about organic ACV diluted in 10-12oz water helping for these issues as well?

      Yes the apple cider vinegar before meals is great. Lots of little hacks that help - adequate protein, walking after meals, not having carbs or sugar on its own. I have some videos coming up and some essential oil videos from the past that also help (the geranium one in particular). I'm so glad it's working for you!
