So thrilled to see you validate what the Glucose Goddess claims…….greens before EVERY meal! I started following her for controlling my glucose levels due to sugar cravings. It truly helps (when I actually do it!) How do you feel about organic ACV diluted in 10-12oz water helping for these issues as well?
Yes the apple cider vinegar before meals is great. Lots of little hacks that help - adequate protein, walking after meals, not having carbs or sugar on its own. I have some videos coming up and some essential oil videos from the past that also help (the geranium one in particular). I'm so glad it's working for you!
