93-97 7.3 powerstroke no-start, regulator clean out

95 7.3 powerstroke no start due to completely plugged fuel pressure regulator screen. Mounted to the fuel filter housing, a pressure check quickly revealed a lack of pressure (10 psi).
Video shows removal and cleaning of the screen.
