    I m doing these asanas it is so effective I use to have pain on the muscle side of my knee these asanas have given so m uch relief that I can get upso easily when sitting on floor

    Mam meri hysterectomy Hui hai kush din pehle..uterus mai fibroid tha. Mujhe bataein ki pelvic floor ki exercises kitni der baad shuru kar sakti hoon kyonki mujhe muscles ko strong karne ke liye ye salah di gayi hai.

    Hi..Mam, if you don't mind,
    It is Maalaasan ...meaning garland pose.
    Maalaa means garland. It should not be pronounced as mal asan. Mal means waste
