- Erectile Dysfunction (the inability to get or keep an erection firm enough to have sexual intercourse) in men can be caused due to a physical or psychological condition. It is becoming increasingly common due to our sedentary lifestyle, increased stress etc. Even men in their 20s can experience ED. KalariSutra is a set of 19 exercises which if practiced daily will help in rejuvenating your blood flow and bring sexual energy back into the pelvic region.

In addition to KalariSutra, you can do kegel exercises as well to strengthen your pelvic muscles further -
1. Contract the pelvic muscle (the one you use to stop urinating) and hold the muscle for 3-5 seconds.
2. Relax it for 1-2 seconds.
3. Step 1 and 2 is one repetition. Do 10 repetitions of Step 1 and 2 as one set.
4. Do 3 - 6 sets in a day.

It's not just pelvic workout but it's a whole body workout. Seriously it's a gem for the people who want to enhance their stamina and muscles as well. I believe these exercises will help both men and women. Women face issues related to their ovaries, uterus, pregnancy, conception, hormonal concerns, including PCOD. From another point of view, all these variations also strengthen the pelvic floor muscles which constitute the "core" muscles.
But on another note, I believe "shame" has become such a big part of our psyche that we often ignore health concerns because "log kya kahenge". Its time we be honest with ourselves, address them and encourage others towards healthy discussion about them, without judgement.
Yes the sexual energy has enough power to create life and therefore it is extremely vital to utilise for positive development and learn to harness it. All ancient manuscripts talk about harnessing that energy, but none of them write about how it will be done. There are hints here and there, but the written word of it is left out. Don't jump directly to doing these exercises ,
Start with Warm up for Shoulder back and front for 20 times , knee rotations , jumping jack all for 15 mins
Then perform excercise 1 for day one minimum for 10 times.
This will consume your 30 mins. Enough of excercise for 1st day.
Kapalbhati for 10 mins.(Exhale-inhale)
Like that proceed for next set in next day.

@@AHrca_guitar_football I would do 5-7-10 reps with three sets one in early morning at 5-6 AM and one before having dinner but results may vary from person to person im already into fitness and have been working out since my early school days so I stopped working out due to WFH for two years and gained a lot of weight as a result I got this problem due to overweight and all I had to do was a system restore that's start working out again so my muscle memory would have triggered and my body responded faster. If ur working out as a fresher it may take more time or if you were already into fitness working out before and stopped due to momentary disruption for some length of time it will be more easier for your body to adapt and give you results in a more efficient way. But I'll advise you follow this and maintain the discipline and consistency nd surely you'll come out of this problem if you have. Hope this helps 🙂🙏
