I'M A FLAT KITTING MACHINES PROGRAMMER FROM BRAZIL...AND I'M HERE TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO MAKE THIS PATTERN...IT'S SO DIFFICULT TO DO IT...THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR KNOWLEDGEMENT
@@JoannesWeb THERE'S A DIFERENCE,THIS PATTERN HAVE HOLE BUT THE STITCH ISN'T TRANSFERING TO RIGHT OR LEFT SIDE,TO ME IF I DRAW A TRANSFERING STITCH I GET HOLE...
This is so beautiful. I've started a mohair cardigan. BUT .. I think I have to drop the first pearl or knit on the reverse as it won't line up for me and it's going wrong.😢. so I'm going to just make a boarder.. then go straight into the repeat. I hope it works as nicely for me it's a lovely stitch!!thank you!
How beautiful and delicate looking stitch. I think I will try to knit a shawl or a scarf with it. English style knitting...ouch! Will need to practice and practice but it will be very rewarding. Thank you for this tutorial. Loved watching your hands. 🥰❤️😘
@@JoannesWeb For now I'm trying out different patterns so that later I would use them for a sweater, and I think I'd love to use your pattern when I make the sleeves!
Love the pattern! Question, how would one go about making this as a summer overcoat.. no buttons.. just a knit boarder around.. trying to find resources for mum to knit herself a lace overcoat.. any suggestions or assistance would be awesome!
That would be wonderful! Try not to make it too long so the top of the coat doesn't stretch from the weight. One that goes only to the hips would look nice. Try using seed stitch on the inner edges and the sleeves, to make it look stylish. It can be done as you knit it, instead of picking up stitches for it later.
Hi. I love this pattern. If Im making a scarf, do I end with row 11 then start up again with row 1 or do I go onto a 12th row( even) and then start up with row1 plz help. Do you have written instructions for this pattern

Yes! Thank you for not making us watch the boring cast on row! Thank you for this beautiful pattern! I love leaves and this is the prettiest one I’ve seen so far. I’m going to make a scarf using this pattern. Thank you so much!

I’ll definitely give this a try, but I am wondering about the written instructions. Is k3tog the same as SL1, k2tog, PSSO?
Please read the instructions and watch the video. k3tog=slide 1 stitch, k2tog and pass the slid stitch over the last one.
QUE BELLOS PUNTOS. ES USTED UNA EXPERTA GRACIAS.
Gracias, Ely.
Can i knit the tank top and cardigan as a twin set using coctail
i was just wondering what size needles and yarn you were using? I love lace but nit so much knitting with the really small yarn?
I believe it's baby yarn and size 8US needles.
Are you using the needles called for by the type of yarn or one size larger?
I used 2 sizes larger. I wanted ir very lacy.

What yarn equivalent in Australia please and needle size. Thanks
A baby yarn. Usually a thin #3. And 5mm needles
Where can I get the yarn etc to make
I used baby yarn from Hobby Lobby and a size larger needle.

We don't have one yet. But we have a similar lace pattern: www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/horseshoe-lace-jacket

The written ones.
Very confusing the😢the patter does not match what you are knitting can you explain I’m not great reading chart but it still does match the written 😢😢😢
Molto belli i lavori ma non conoscendo la lingua non riesco a realizzare niente e sono dispiaciuta. Come mai non c'e la traduzions italiano
OkayI got really confused for a second cause I thought k3tog just meant knit 3 stitches together
Yes. I specify in the video and in the instructions, what k3tog means.
I wish you would start from scratch. Every video your always well established...too bad for us learners.
I always start with row #1. I don't do the cast on row since I let everyone choose their own. These patterns are for people that know how to do that.
Yes! Thank you for not making us watch the boring cast on row! Thank you for this beautiful pattern! I love leaves and this is the prettiest one I’ve seen so far. I’m going to make a scarf using this pattern. Thank you so much!
Sorry but I can t knit this in german😏
