Nice pattern. I do think you'd have an easier time on the first row of these lace patterns if you did a setup row first, as happens in most shawls and scarves. Just do a knit row in each direction and you're off!
Hi there, Thanks so much for this beautiful pattern! I immediately tired to knit it but I think there is a mistake in Row 3: according to the description, one is left with only 14 stitches involving the repeat pattern when there should be 15. I assume there should be another "yarn over" in there, but where? After the third "k1" maybe? Please help!
I count the stitches some rows are 15 and other 16 since I’m knitting in round do I need to add the plus one? I a little confused . Why do you need the extra stitch is it for edging? Please help . Thanks
Beautiful stitch! Just want to clarify, are all of the yarn overs actually yarn over needle? As if you were going to do a knit stitch but with the yarn in front?

I believe I specify which yarn overs are which in the video and how to do them.
I wonder what this stitch would look like in a bulky yarn! I'm going to give it a try after I've finished my sweater.

Sorry, I figured it out now; rows 3 & 4 end up with only 14 stitches, in row 5, 15 stitches are restored.....
