My wife let me buy a new 2019 2 door Sport S. My wife of 27 years thought Jeeps were way over priced . Well after we bought it and she drove it , she fell in love with it ! My wife is 5'4 and with 33's on the 17 inch rims she really has 0 issues getting in and out. I rarely drive it, she has pretty much claimed it, lol. Gas mileage with the 3.6L and 8 speed automictic does well netting 19 in town and 27 on the highway.

Thats great to have a partner that supports your Jeep interests!

Seriously, This 2009 MacBookPro is killing me. It bombed out 3 times trying to publish this. Thank you for noticing that. Not sure how it happened. Final Cut used to have "The Bad" in there. Some how that got corrupted or removed.

so with all the off roading you do, is the rubicon worth it or could you get by in a sport?

I wanted 4.11 gearing from the factory in an automatic. The only way to do that is with the Rubicon. I have 33 inch tires and the stock Sport gearing is not great for larger tires. The Rubicon also has a stronger front axle, better suspension, sway bar disconnect and the ability to lock the front and rear differentials. All add to a feeling of more security when being off road. That said do I need all of those things, no. Could you get a Sport and a cheap winch and do all of the same stuff? Yes you could. Do what makes you feel good, and have fun!
