    This Video took so many hours to make, I had to learn so many things about editing and the process of creating videos for UA-cam.
    I really tried my best on this one, so thank you for watching and if you would like to support me, any like or subscription would be greatly appreciated!

    I don’t know if someone’s commented, but acrylic ink would be fantastic for this - I use Daler Rowney ink, and it’s so good for black lining
    I love what you’ve done to the mini, really nice work :)

    Wonderful work, you mentioned the right brush or pen. I’m an artist but when it comes to painting with a brush, I’m not too great. Which pens would you recommend for this type of project?

    • @MiniQuest64
      @MiniQuest64  Рік тому

      Thank you very much for saying that!
      So if you're searching for a good brush, I would recommend size 1 Winsor & Newton Series 7, davinci nova synthetic/kolinksy (also size 1).
      If you're a beginner, I would favor synthetic brushes, they get the job done, and you won't be too mad if they break.
      For pens, I use a Faber-Castell set with "8 Pitt Artist Pens" , which is pigmented India ink. Hope that helps, thank you for the watch! =)

    Quick question, would a zenithal highlight over the black help for show the light source reference or would that muddy the contrast?

    • @MiniQuest64
      @MiniQuest64  Рік тому +1

      While I do think it would kinda help to show the light source, I prefer to take pictures with a mini primed black.
      I don't think it would muddy the Contrast though, it just feels like an unnecessary extra step to me with no real benefits!
