Lexus makes really great sounding cars! Almost bought an RCF because of the sound. My personal favorite sound is a straight piped blown Mustang. The LFA is great, but more Apollonian in nature for my personal taste.
ah yes the SC430 is boring, unloved yes and definitely compared to the LFA, but its a powerful V8 and as soon as you improve the exhaust its a beastly muscle car, and is normally just owned by old people so you can be sure its in good shape but they are gettin expensive. mine has 200k but looks and feels brand new, and sounds like a tame challenger
Just like the Yamaha collaboration involving the Toyota 2000 GT; lightning does strike twice! The only thing that annoys me is that it is not badged a Toyota! I hate the luxury brand names and monikers on all Japanese vehicles! With that said: I will call it a Toyota LFA! The car is completely lit 🔥💯. I would have this long before any other super car simply because it is Toyota! I have owned two 1990s Toyota Trucks and from this far end of spectrum experience alone; knowing the Hilux and 4Runner intimately. Toyota is King of durability, reliability and simplicity. The LFA is JDM mastery. If it was built in the last 5-8 years, given the garbage heap of unfixable appliances even Toyota makes now….I would not go near it! Long love the Autos from the 20th Century and since production prototyping began in 2000, it passes the smell test of late teens early 2020s garbage!
Is there a better sounding car?
