I will definitely give this a try I did your chicken naga (no base gravy one) must say it was bang on and I’ve been into curry over 30years any chance you could do a pathia (no gravy) it’s for the missus ✌️

I am gutted I don't have a gas hob! tempted to get a small gas ring just to do some naan :D Do you think if i did this on my induction hob with a non stick pan and flipped it i would get some sort of decent naan? p.s really enjoying your videos especially the vegan ones. But I am also going to try and veganise the non vegan ones and see how they turn out e.g use meat free pieces in place of chicken etc..

Hi Johnny, could you just clarify if you are definitely using plain flour and not bread flour? It's just that plain flour does not have the gluten content to rise and give a stretchy consistency to the dough as is shown in your video. Thank you for your help!
