Drumming With Pain

I'm 64, have been playing for 50+ years, and have suffered numerous bouts with repetitive motion pain. I still survive four-hour gigs almost every weekend and record/practice at least two hours a day. I made this video to pass along a few tips on equipment that has helped keep me drumming.
