There was a case in Texas when a guys son was being molested and he found the guy and killed him and he wasn't prosecuted. We need more of that in my opinion.

I'd like to know more about what happened with the grandfather, as the story says he was an alcoholic that was abusive. I don't think its that strange it was multiple hits, if you hit once you know you just killed him, going to be hard to be calm after that. I imagine he just kept hitting till the adrenaline left him, then he realised what he did, hence the shaking.

i actually live in the place where that one kid murdered his parents and siblings, and he was declared to be a sociopath, but even after that they still wanted to release him when he was 21 which was earlier this year or late of last year, but his aunts and uncles begged the state to keep him jail because they knew that if he had gotten released they would've been next to die at his hands
He couldn't be diagnosed a sociopath because it's an adult diagnosis. He probably could only be diagnosed at 21 if he still had the tendencies. However, most of the time kids who commit horrible crimes when their brain is fully developed they do have remorse. The brain is not fully developed until the age of 25, but it matures at around 20. So if a teen kills you can bet that their brain isn't fully developed. Ergo this kid couldn't be dxed with sociopathy until he's old enough. If he did get dxed the psychiatrist that diagnosed him should get fired for not following the DSM or ICD.

Tj Lang is from Chardon about 20 minutes from where I was born and raised in Cleveland. I had 2 cousin at that school. He actually broke out of jail with 2 others within the first year of his sentence. Broken homes really do lead to broken children, not always but more times then not it’s sad

I knew a dude that grew up around me. He was best friends with some friends I had at the time of his release. He killed his stepfather when he was a teen. Thing was the man was abusive towards him and his mother. He was actually protecting his mother that night. He ended up getting serious time because the final blow was done after the man was down. He got released like 10 years later but on parole for basically life. Got caught with weed years later and killed himself. Sometimes the system is not fair to young men. He didn't need to kill the man (even he agreed there) BUT he was so angry and fed up with him beating his mom. He didn't deserve what they gave him. He was a genuinely good dude that would help anyone. But had serious depression issues.
