Acting aggressive is part of the scam, it's not the scammer losing control. The guy started to panic.. because they didn't want anybody involved type and they were trying to take advantage of an elderly person that lived alone so make sure you take care of your own hype and make it loud and clear to the neighborhood and anyone doing business with them, they got somebody watching their back.. Take a look at the tragedies of the covid - since when do we shove our parents in nursing homes? Where in history did we do this to our own families? And when President Trump passed the bill, giving people money hype and essentially paying them to take care of their own parents at home? They shoved them in nursing homes for them to die.. that's a good example of not taking care of their own. My grandma almost fell for one of these when dementia was starting. Bank let her take 4500 no questions asked. She brought the money to a money mart and the cashier there got her to call my parents. Saved the money. You are doing God's work!
It's terrible that people are taken advantage of like that. At least someone was on the ball. Ironically I wouldn't be shocked if most businesses stop their employees from getting involved. We were lucky with my grandparents, in the UK the government has a free service where you can register a loved one/legal guardian as having control of your finances if you end up in a vulnerable position (such as having dementia or other illnesses). Kept them in their own home and safe from scams. I don't think God has much to do with it. Plenty of the scammers seem to believe in God and they are living the high life on other people's money 😡.
my grandfather fell for a phone scam and gave away his credit card number a couple months after he was diagnosed with dementia. most of these scammers have no remorse and look down on 'rich' westerners in order to justify it in their heads, plus they mainly target old people since they're less knowledgeable about technology and have a higher chance of mental illnesses like dementia/alzheimers that can easily be exploited.
The issue here is these illegal call centers pay lots of bribes to the local police and gov't officials. Also when they go to court they will pay huge sums to the judges, make sure to follow up on all the cases !! And publicize as much as you can include the higher up officials so they are held accountable !!
I'm almost impressed by how much the scammer was threatening the "old woman", calling "her" stupid and dumb, raising his voice towards "her", using swear words, forcing them to go outside in winter. Can't imagine how many old or ill people he's treated that way. Either he also treats his parents that way, or he doesn't see his victims as people.
Thats what disgusts me most, for me they are just an inconvenience when they call me in work or at doctors office but if they do this to someone old or mentally ill they will not just take their money but startle them like hell
Some of his older videos, involves that. They're laughing when a depressed old man was crying, ah sole even called his friends and they laughed together.

The primary manipulations are the html cover up of their "mistake" over your bank balance indicating they sent too much. Look for the company's own website. If you have something you know the company has sent you, like a regular bill or statement, the customer service will be on it. so make sure you take care of your own hype and make it loud and clear to the neighborhood and anyone doing business with them, they got somebody watching their back..

this is what i personally love!
Thats what disgusts me most, for me they are just an inconvenience when they call me in work or at doctors office but if they do this to someone old or mentally ill they will not just take their money but startle them like hell
probably both
Some of his older videos, involves that. They're laughing when a depressed old man was crying, ah sole even called his friends and they laughed together.
He doesn't give a f. He thinks they're all pampered rich americans.
Couldn't have said it better myself....
Dude straight up said the Konami Code and the scammer didn't even stutter. That was a clear sign as any that he was being trolled and missed it.
And then he said something like what games say when you turn on mods.
So funny.
kitboga often does this joking remarks and yet seems to always fly over the scammers heads lmao

I thought this is only drama. I mean every scammer sound like the same indian guy, he's not really pranking a real scam.
As someone who was just scammed a good chunk of change, thank you for what you. It makes me feel better.
I'd love to see you do two characters, the grandma and her well-meaning grandson. The grandma typically has no idea how a computer works and the grandson constantly interjects into the call to offer completely incorrect advice (stuff that a scammer would even think is ridiculous).
Make sure there are tons of adware and malware on the desktop and browser, too!
What you're describing sounds like this video he made with edna and her grandaughter kiki. It's titled "Angry Refund Scammer Can't Keep His Cool". Kiki kept "misunderstanding" the scammer, not following instructions and just being generally counter-productive to the scam and Edna kept praising her and telling the scammer to compliment Kiki for being so smart.
@@tazzandstuff1434 lol, I'll check that one out. Thanks for the pointer!

hahahaha omg you freaking out an as old lady is the best thing on the Internet xD so realistic
He captures the nuances of a clueless old lady, as well as the off topic banter they may have about whatever non sequitur topic that they're endeared with, easily. I can actually envision a real old woman speaking in the same manner as he portrays.

Indian people
I am just so amazed at how entitled they feel with their victim's money and just shouting at someone they think are elderly and vulnerable, it's scary, makes me anxious to go out to the world, what if I meet people like this who try to take advantage of my kindness and gullibility.

This is psychological projection.

Can we just quickly appreciate Kit’s coding and programming skills. He writes so many lines of code to make these programs look real so that he fools the scammer. Man puts a lot of work into his craft.
Wait, so the scammers can see his screen. How?
@@MarcelloMOV it's similar to screensharing on an online meeting
@@MarcelloMOV through applications such as "team viewer", you can remotely control another person's computer as well
That's part of the scam. They need you to allow them to remotely access your computer so they can manipulate what you see on screen. The primary manipulations are the html cover up of their "mistake" over your bank balance indicating they sent too much. They will also open up your word pad to type up "invoices" and show you fake documents and websites.
Some also like to fish through your personal files while they're connected.
Under no circumstances let anyone remotely access your computer.

It's so cruel how the scammer realizes he won't be able to get any money so he starts to torment and insult a perceived crying old lady
This was hysterical! I will never call customer service again! I had no idea that scammers had all this going on. The dead give away is them getting rude and really emotional. No real service rep would speak to a person with this demanding shouting voice in conversation. Geese......this was a great example of scammers are. Thank you!
You can call customer service--just make sure it's really customer service. If you have to search online for the number, just make sure you don't choose a sponsored result. Look for the company's own website. If you have something you know the company has sent you, like a regular bill or statement, the customer service will be on it. Best thing to do is whenever you sign up for a new service or account, look through what they send you for the customer service number and save it to your contacts. Then you'll have it when you need it.
