In your previous recipe, the chickpea yoghurt, i adjusted the taste by simply adding a bit of lemon juice and a pinch of salt, it tasted very much like dairy yoghurt.

Now, the Chickpea yogurt.. I made it a couple days ago.. I ended up adding Zantham Gum 1 pkg... and Pea Protine powder. I used about 1 Tbs Sugar and some Lemon juice... and salt.. a punch of Citric Acid.. I added about 2 Tbs Of ReJUVALAC and let me tell you what I hot.. this turned out so near like what we have here is called TOFUTTI CREAM CHEESE OR EVEN TOFFUTTI SOUR CREAM. I was shocked !! Best thing ever. We had Bagels for with it. Sooo Creamy. Seriously.

No, I haven't tried in yogurt maker.. the soaking water of rice has live culture so u don't need to add probiotics. And adding the rice milk has to be done while heating on stove, once all I done, I guess u can add in yogurt maker.

there are so many reasons, i initially tried a plant based diet for health reasons, and i felt a lot better but then i also learnt so much about cruelty to animals, how cows are tortured and artificially impregnated and given hormone injections so we can get milk..
also, when an animal is killed for meat, - i dont think we have a right to kill anyone for food when we have so many other options.
plus when animal is killed, they are are full of negative emotions (fear, anger, hatred, sadness etc) and we consume this when we consume the animal
Animal foods concentrate both physical and metaphysical toxins.
Trans fats, pathogens, and pesticides, drugs and hormone residues, besides injuring our bodily health, can also disturb us mentally and emotionally.
all dairy/meat are difficult to digest as well. what we get from animals, we can get better from plants..
