How to Make "Bokeh" 4:5 Instagram Story Vids from 16:9 Source Material in Davinci Resolve

Thought this might help someone. LMK if there's an easier way to do this in Davinci, pls. Shouldn't be this cumbersome, imho.

love it, one step further would be to add a solid black layer over the blurred layer and bring the opacity down to maybe 15%, or less? to help differentiate them a little more
