These are great if you happen to have a doorway where it fits well, isn't a door that ever needs to close, the doorway is tall enough to not hit you in the face and is tall enough to even do a proper pull up.
I've been using one for about 2-3 years and I weigh 110kg, it does damage above your door frame, just make sure it's done up right and isn't loose and you shouldn't run into any problems

It’s way better than those shower curtain rod pull-up bars that fall off. You can also put it on the ground for push-ups. Different grips, good if you have a wrist flexibility problem.

1: Reinforced doorframe (you should have this anyway) 2: Instead of putting it on the doorhinge (which may not portrude out of the wall depending on where you live), drill in safe slots for it. I've been using a similar one for over a decade, its stable and there isn't any wall or door damage.

My only gripe is that the neutral grip handles make it quite difficult to go chest-to-bar.
Makes a fun challenge to try and get your shoulders to touch the bars every time you go up. Makes it interesting when you get too good at pull-ups
