Trust Runs Deep is a Quest/Dungeon mod that adds an area under Concord. It should be noted to run through it without a location overhaul installed until after the quest is done.
The one i use, Project Apocalyptic Commonwealth hides the door for the modded area behind a door thats static and has no activator.
Other then that, Its staying in my LO.
