God bless you and your loved ones dear Dr. Patrick Mcgrath! I know the struggle with OCD, and I`ve been struggling with OCD for so long, and still am for some things, however, your words are so uplifiting and encouraging. It helped me to get rid of some of my obsessions just by listening to your advices, and how to do ERP, with your encourgaging words. Thank you good sir. However, there is still to improve for me to get completely rid of my OCD. I`m really glad I found this channel. Keep up the good work. I wish you, and everyone in your team all the best! Cheers

What to do if I can't do ERP. The word "can't" isn't exactly what a therapist wants to hear but it's just too hard, intimidating. Are there alternative therapies out there? I really need the help. 😔

It’s good if it’s hard. It means you on the right track
