I don't care who and what they write in the comment section here, as for me, I really like it when someone explains something in a decent, detailed way. It's very annoying when a content that is important and interesting to me is cut to a minimum, just to make it 3 minutes long... because in this fast-paced world, that's all anyone needs... Then anyone who is really seriously interested watches everything 10 times and stops the video 20 times... Very well done, thanks for this comprehensive content! For those who find it long, they should suffer watching other videos and rewinding everything 20 times, and "if" they manage to solve it, they won't learn anything, because they won't be able to do it once again by themselves! Thank you very much, it was extremely instructive, I didn't have to rewind X times, just paused it here and there and everything was done in one go. By the way, all your videos are brilliant! 👍 Edit: If someone is using his/her devices in "dark mode" (many many people do so), then I think it is worthwhile to choose the "color scheme" so that the black letters are not pure black, but may greyish, for example, so that everything is visible in "dark mode" as well. Also, in this case it might be worth checking the "transparent" option when downloading, so that the email signature is not blindingly white... I'm still testing, it's a theoretical question for now, because many email clients adapt the colours, i.e. invert them... but I'll try it and see! Thanks again for the detailed great tutorial!

Thank you so much for your video. I have been struggling to find a solution for my email signature. It is not allowing me to import the image. It requires only a URL and the Canva URL does not work. Help or suggestions! please 🙏
Today I attempted to edit the URL I had in one of my icons (designed the way you both taught me) and google must have changed the way you can insert a link into these icons because when I highlight the icon to add a link (the way you both taught me) I cannot see the old link to delete it. When I do that, I only see a way to add another link. Can you please help me?
Thank you, Ronny! I have a problem with Canva: The image downloaded (same size as in your video), is quite pixelated and doesn't appear as high quality as in your video here, so it's useless. Larger pictures are still pixelated while occupying more space, which is not the idea neither. What might be the problem? I use canva pro on a mac pro.

Hey Peg, glad you are learning with this video. As per the fact they look blurry on Outlook, I’d try bumping the resolution (dimensions) of your document before you start designing.
Thank you. I wasn't planning on doing this, but my email looks much more professional now, and I impressed my teenage son. Hopefully this will help me drive more traffic to my social media and sites.
thank you great tutorial. We would like a black background for our email signature, so I'm trying to figure out a design so the extra social media buttons dont look like an add on :-(. I think the buttons work best with a white background.
I have the pro Canva account. I want to be able to use email signatures with multiple clickable links for Outlook 365 vs Gmail. Will this work for Outlook 365 as well?
Hello. I am having so much trouble doing a gmail signature and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Several free sites let me make one but when I tried to copy and paste into gmail it said it was too long and to make shorter. So I followed your video and did the same exact sizing and attempting to save changes it again says its too long. I even removed the social media links and used only the 400 x 125 pic from Canva and it still says it’s too long and to make it shorter. Any idea how to fix this?
I followed your tutorial. So helpful. But my signature doesnt appear when i am on my iphone mail app & also on my mail icon on my mac. The signature appears when i access my email from the browser.
Thank you for explaining WHY the email signature has only one clickable link and thus the creating the social media icons. PS - I watched Sandee before you! 😊
When I make my social media icons 50x50 and download them as the same size they are blurry (no compression / low res set on download settings). When I download at highest px I can't shrink down small enough - any ideas?
Mmm. That's annoying! Have you figured out why the ones you export at 50x50px are blurry? And what happens if you upload them in higher res in Gmail? Do they look super big?
@@TeamRonDi I haven't figured out why, its strange. When I download them at highest res they look clear but the 50x50px is the smallest I can custom make on Canva which looks too big when I upload next to my signature image which is 400 x 200.
Such a helpful video! But I am having an issue with the social media icons underneath... I am using 3. In the set up section they all look great and lined up but when I save and open test email it bumps one totally out of whack. I can get it to work for 2 but not 3. Hey there, Sorry you run into that. Make sure the icons are small enough? Maybe that’s what’s causing the misalignment? Hard for me to say without “looking over your shoulder” 🤔

Thank you for this tutorial! I am having an issue with the quality when I resize it to a smaller height? I am doing 200px x 75px. When I go to import it into gmail it is extremely poor quality and not readable? I am saving it at PNG Thanks
Super helpul!!One little thing only..At the mobile&ipad preview screen the position of media icons changes! They are going non centered. In my gmail signature settings it seams all good and centered. How do i fix it?
OK thats fair enough! Something else that i have problem with is that th picture of my signature which is only my name calligraphic , is that it is pixeled.I have tried the size 400X100 and all other possible sizes but the result is always pixeled@@TeamRonDi
I've tried this and other videos and though in the settings it shows my image has the website link successfully "linked" when I test it by sending my self an email, the link doesn't work. I click the signature image and all it does is hyperlink to a larger version of the image, doesn't go to the website linked to the image. Not sure what I'm doing wrong
i don't know why i feel like when i import the picture, it looks really big (and i even use a smaller size than your size in this video) i've been doing this for weeks, please can you help mee? what did i do wrong. Thank you sorry for bad english
Great Video, thanks for making this tutorial. I'm running into one hiccup. I also changed my size to 400x125, but when i upload the PNG image to gmail signature, my image and text is blurry.. Any ideas why that would be the case?
I've seen several users complaining about the same issue... unfortunately, I was never able to recreate the problem on my side. I always recommend them to use larger dimensions, but I'm not sure if this fixes the problem. Sorry.
Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to make this video. However, I am having problems - the image is very soft on export and import to gmail from canva. Gmail won't accept svg - raster only files. Yours does not seem to be so soft, or at least seems to be at an acceptable level. How can we get past this problem - any idea? I really would love a crisp signature - I've been at this all day!! Thanks
@@TeamRonDi It was the png and jpg that looked really blurry compared to the image featured in this video. But I will try increasing the size but I have to maintain the signature mobile-friendly. Thanks for answering :)

Super helpul!!One little thing only..At the mobile&ipad preview screen the position of media icons changes! They are going non centered. In my gmail signature settings it seams all good and centered. How do i fix it?
Im not sure how to fix that. It’s hard for me to say without “looking over your shoulder” 😅
OK thats fair enough! Something else that i have problem with is that th picture of my signature which is only my name calligraphic , is that it is pixeled.I have tried the size 400X100 and all other possible sizes but the result is always pixeled@@TeamRonDi
Thank you for all you do!!!
Thanks for watching!
Useful video. Thanks!
Yayyy 🙌
Thank you Farrah 💛
I've tried this and other videos and though in the settings it shows my image has the website link successfully "linked" when I test it by sending my self an email, the link doesn't work. I click the signature image and all it does is hyperlink to a larger version of the image, doesn't go to the website linked to the image. Not sure what I'm doing wrong
Make sure you link each icon to your destination URLs in Gmail, like I explain in the video.
superb job dude i like your explained keep it up
Thanks dude 😎
i don't know why i feel like when i import the picture, it looks really big (and i even use a smaller size than your size in this video) i've been doing this for weeks, please can you help mee? what did i do wrong. Thank you sorry for bad english
Hi there! I love this video but for some reason my signature is showing a bit blurry. What should I do?
The only thing I could think of is to create it in a larger dimension.
Sorry.
@@TeamRonDi I did try that. Tripled the dimensions and it worked. Looks pretty clear
Thanks
Try to export your photos in PNG or JPG format, not SVG.
If they look blurry, maybe increase the dimensions a bit.
@@TeamRonDi It was the png and jpg that looked really blurry compared to the image featured in this video. But I will try increasing the size but I have to maintain the signature mobile-friendly. Thanks for answering :)
so helpful thank you
