Hi, I like all of the tutorial videos. You have a plethora of videos. I am not sure if you have made a Canva tutorial about tables and graphs. I would love to learn how to manage those tables because I do not know to make one usually I find one already made, but I dislike the color and text format. How can I make a table and graph from scratch?
Email signatures are something that I have wanted to do for a long time. I'm glad that I can finally do them now with this tutorial. Tysm!🥰 Edit : I have finished the tutorial and my email signature looks pretty good! I'm happy with it. Thank you for this tutorial!😊✨️
This is such a smart Idea , I had use more than 4 "free" signature generator platform , and when you had seting up all the details of the signature, a random window show you that you must pay for it ..... THANKS A LOT !!!
For a much faster process of getting rid of the lines at 17:18 , you can select any line, then right click and select Table Properties, then select 0pt.
@@TeamRonDi it would be a great compliment to this video as it’s such a cool dynamic style to have for an email signature. I have my name Sterling in my main email and it looks like a realistic handwritten animation and get compliments on frequently but I created in After Effects a few years ago but would think there’s a simpler way to do in Canva
Thank you, this worked great except for one problem. When I pasted my new signature into Gmail, the font changed to one of the default fonts offered in gmail. Any thoughts?
Diana, you just BLEW MY MIND. You can do TABLES in Google Docs? 😳 Who knew? I know, I know. Everyone but me. Great tutorial! I'm happy to report I now have a clickable Gmail signature for one of my Gmail accounts! I feel so... so... SWANKY! 😎 Thanks very much for the AWESOME tutorial! It was fun hanging out with you and learning and stuff!
@@TeamRonDi Thanks! And obviously you know by now that unfortunately I wasn't able to join the live session. I was bummed 'csuse I LOVE those, but life stuff got in the way. Hopefully, things'll simmer down and I'll be back next month! ❤️
Thank you for this. But i have a question. When we do it like this, our picture, for example, in your signature, you put your picture, but in Gmail, when we receveid the mail, we can click on this picture. So my Question is : can we do it and make the picture uncliclable ? If yes, how please.
This method is good for Gmail..., but probably for adding this type of information for Canva website., I could simply copy/paste it... But in any case - thank you for this video lesson.
Yes, you can do that but you'll be able to link just one url to that PNG (in Gmail). The way I teach it in the tutorial, allows you to add several links in the same signature.
Hello! Thanks for a great guide! When I copy the signature in Canva (ctrl+C) and then paste it into Gmail (ctrl+V), Gmail removes all formatting with colors, images and fonts used in Canva, to the default in Gmail (San Serif). I'm running Windows 10 and have a Google Workspace account. Why can't I get it to work? Thanks in advance for answers!
Why isn't it working? All the pictures do not show. I did everything correct but images never work. So upsetting. Edit: Fixed it. Plain Text Mode was on during emails somehow. Awesome.
In this case, try to not format the text with in Google Docs. Format it directly in the Settings page in Gmail. Also, have into consideration that Gmail signatures can have up to 10,000 characters.
I don't understand how it worked for everyone. when I paste it into the signature box all the images and text are in the wrong place and are all jumbled together. I've tried many different iterations and nothing works.

I followed your tutorial, but my profile picture won't appear, any idea how I can fix that?
Ummm, not sure what’s going on there 🤔
It’s hard to tell without looking over your shoulder…
Thank you
My pleasure dear
Thanks for the video
My pleasure
Cool nice video! Would it be possible to do it all in Canva? And then, save the document as an PNG image?
Yes, you can do that but you'll be able to link just one url to that PNG (in Gmail).
The way I teach it in the tutorial, allows you to add several links in the same signature.
Perfect! Thank you so much!@@TeamRonDi

thankyou!! you saved me
Thank you!!!!
my photo came out huge in the signature not sure what i did wrong
Does this work for Outlook also?
I'm not sure as I've never done it, sorry I cannot provide an answer to this
Why isn't it working? All the pictures do not show. I did everything correct but images never work. So upsetting.
Edit: Fixed it. Plain Text Mode was on during emails somehow. Awesome.
Glad you got it sorted ✨
I've tried that, the signature shows well in the settings but when creating an email I lose all the format and it shows text only!
Sorry to hear you lost the formatting once used on your emails. It worked fine here 🤔
But not optimized for mobile
Oh, what did go wrong on your end? I'm curious to know 👀
I tested mine and it looks good on mobile and desktop.
I was able to fix the size but now the signature appears indented when I add it to gmail.
There are things I need to say in my email signature and gmail has told me it is too long ? Any suggestions
In this case, try to not format the text with in Google Docs. Format it directly in the Settings page in Gmail.
Also, have into consideration that Gmail signatures can have up to 10,000 characters.
Thank you. I will try that.
My font did not transfer over
I don't understand how it worked for everyone. when I paste it into the signature box all the images and text are in the wrong place and are all jumbled together. I've tried many different iterations and nothing works.
Sorry to hear that Ryan, it’s the first time I hear that 🤔
THANK YOUU
You're welcome
