This! I never thought to ask you to do a tutorial, I struggled through making my own after I saw yours. HOWEVER, this answers all of the sticky problems I couldn't solve on my own. Thank you so much! And the buttons!!
I love this mini series you seem to be doing! As soon as I saw the video I stopped everything and made a new email signature on canva. These videos may become my "Time Sucking Hurdle" Lol
I did this today after watching your tutorial a couple weeks ago and it was so simple! I followed along so easily and made it along with this video. I loved customizing it just for me. Thank you sooo much!
I love tips like this because they elevate your email aesthetic and capabilities. Why not make your email that you use every day look the best that it can? 🥰 My email signature is pretty boring with just my contact info and a bitmoji. Your format is definitely an upgrade with the links. Thank you for always offering new ways to improve our craft as a teacher and give a unique first impression. I saw on Instagram that you hit a PR at the gym... congratulations on this and best wishes on your upcoming powerlifting national championship! As my students love to say all the time, Let's GOOOOOOO! 😁😁😁
Aww Mandy... you're the BEST! First of all, I'm totally with you about the aesthetic... it's definitely not a necessity BUT I will say that it makes me smile every time I compose a new email and I think that's worth the few minutes it took to create! Also, thank you SO much for the congratulations and well wishes at Nationals coming up! I am so excited to compete and push myself at this next level. You're so sweet for remembering! I hope your school year is off to a fantastic start and you were able to take lots of time to rest and rejuvenate over this long weekend! 🖤
Thank you so much! Great question... Gmail will only allow you to have text in your mobile signature. However, the work around that I have found is that you can copy and paste your picture email signature from a previously sent email. n order to do that from a mobile device, you can follow these steps in the Gmail app: 1. Open the Gmail app 2. Click the menu button in the top left corner (3 horizontal lines) 3. Click "Sent" 4. Locate an email you sent from your computer with the picture email signature and open it 5. Hold down your finger on the picture email signature (or use your fingers to select all parts of the email signature if you used multiple images) and click "Copy" 6. Return to your inbox and start a new email by clicking "Compose" 7. Type your email as desired and then paste your picture email signature at the bottom Hopefully that helps!
Hi! I followed all your directions and love my signature, thanks! I put the pdf in the signature box, sized it, and saved the changes but over and over again it came out HUGE when I composed an email. When I tried to resize it it won't allow me to save changes so I have to start all over again. Help! I'd love to fix this before school starts in a few days. Thanks!
Thank you so much for this video! I'm watching it now. I started following you when I was teaching ESL for a couple Chinese companies. I continue to follow you for Canva and Google Slides tips, especially, because I use both in my work as a virtual baking instructor. Thanks again. P.S. No apologies necessary for being "extra", because I am the same. 🤓
Thank you so much for this dope tutorial! Can the same signature be used on mobile devices like iPhone for Gmail might you know? Mine is only allowing me to type in a signature instead of inserting a PNG.

You are amazing, your videos are so informative and helpful (as always), and my signature looks great!!! But, for some reason my signature doesn’t populate on my iPhone when I write emails. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!! 😊
This is great! Do you happen to have a tutorial for creating a weekly email newsletter? I have a template, but it doesn't seem to be very gmail friendly. I have to resize and edit to put it in gmail. Any help or advice would be so helpful!
Michelle, can you change the color of icons in Google sites like you did in this video? I’m trying to make a website on Google Sites from your other recent video and need to change the color of my phone icon.
THIS! This is EXACTLY the video I needed this weekend since it's back to school on Tuesday! I already watched your how to video to create a new class website and now I am going to design a signature for my email! Thank you so much for inspiring me on this sad weekend when the realization hits that summer is over! I'm going to have so much fun doing this! Also, I noticed you color coded your labels on your gmail. Is that as simple as right clicking and clicking on change color like in Google Drive, or is there something more to it? Thank you again! I LOVE your how to videos! Have a great week and good luck at your upcoming powerlifting competition!
Woohoo! I'm so happy this was perfect timing for you and I hope you have the BEST back to school this upcoming week! 🎉 I know that transition can be tough, so I'm thrilled that this simple video could bring you some job. As for the color coding in Gmail... yes! If you click the 3 dots next to the label, you can choose "Label color" at the top! It's a great way to keep things organized 🥰 Also, thank you so, so much for the well wishes at my upcoming meet! It's getting so close and I'm getting more and more excited 🎉 Enjoy the last bit of your summer and I hope you have the BEST first day of school tomorrow! 🖤
I made this a year ago and it turned out great. I just had to edit due to changing position. No matter what I do, the signature is too big in my email (I have changed it to small, medium, large original etc and it doesn't change the size. Any ideas?
This was just an example and you can make changes to fit your own needs. However, having your email in your signature can be handy because families can save your email signature as an image... almost like a virtual business card... and all your information will be in one place for them.
Am I the only one who thinks it’s strange to have my email in my signature…. When my email is already on the email when someone opens the email from me? Does that make sense
This was just an example... you don't have to add your email to your signature. But, I think sometimes it's nice to have there as a reference. For example, a parent might even save the image from your email signature to keep handy with your contact information (like a virtual business card) so it would be helpful to have your email listed on it. Just my thoughts though!
I'm not even a teacher and I'm going to be using this hack, it just looks so professional!!
Woohoo! I'm happy it was helpful for you even though you're not a teacher... thanks for watching and commenting!
I love how you narrate each step. I have always used some ctrl shortcuts but there are so many I do not know about. Wow!

Could you do a tutorial on Canvas- its an online learning management system.
Hi! This has been asked before but I don't plan on doing a tutorial on it since I've never used it. Sorry!
The Canvas Queen is really good.
You are amazing
I like your videos
You like the black and white theme
Suggest one colour theme for me.
Thank u so much for the support

I am having some trouble resizing my photo for my email signature. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
im having the same issue. its like the size wont save. looks giant when i go to compose the email.
I have seen it asked a few times. My signature is too big when I send an email, even after sizing it down. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I’m not an expert, but I’m thinking you should change the size of the font a little bit
@@SaidTS758 it doesn't have anything to do with the font. Changing font size is easy.
Michelle,
I miss your Bitmoji. Please bring her back again sometime.
