- As of the first week of May 2022 , I landed a new job in Dallas Texas. This new adventure has put a screeching halt to the schedule of videos planned to happen on my UA-cam channel, do to the amount of things I need to make happen to move my family and home some 2000 miles to Texas. Selling my current house, packing, lining up living accommodations, storage for our belongings while we find a new house to purchase in Texas , and starting my new job and all that is involved in that process. So this video is an update to let you all know what is going on and what my future plans are for the channel and future videos during this wild new adventure. It should be a little crazy and stressful but when it’s all said and done I have faith that it will all come through in the end . Thank you for watching my videos, and all your support and patience while we start a new chapter in this wild adventure….

Congratulations on the new career and the big move, I'm about to change career after 38 years as a chef and heading into the hobby industry full time as a service technician, no big house and family move but certainly a big change of lifestyle ahead for me, and this also means I might finally get that track built I've been dreaming of

Thanks buddy, yes many ideas to play around with. It will all be determined by how much room I get to play with. Found quite a few homes with some fantastic garage / shops that would be a dream come true .

Welcome to Texas! I feel for you, having moved a good size layout (two 4X8's in a 'L' shape) from New Jersey. I personally carried the buildings in my car. I couldn't stand the thought of them being man handled in boxes by the movers. Been here 20 years now and am finally used to the heat. Hope you like heat! Congrats on your new job. I am looking forward to your future videos.

Congratulations on the new job. It’s gonna be quite a change from the weather you’re used to. What do you have in store for Staying comfortable while working and playing with your track and I’m assuming that it will be built in a garage hence the name of your channel. I’m also dealing with that as I am in my garage right now where it is 96° and this is considered a somewhat cooler day

Pretty good idea for content. People often don’t consider moving large layouts after building. Curious what field are you in that moved you to Texas? Apologize if you’ve mentioned before.
