This 15 minute yoga class is perfect for anyone from the complete beginner to advanced yogis, the stretches and poses in this flow were put together to help you feel more awake, aware, and feeling flexible! Yoga is often sought after for relieving common pain in the back, lower back, shoulders and neck area, and doing a little yoga in the morning might provide just the deep stretches you need to feel more comfortable and mobile in your day. Thank you, I really enjoyed this video. Nice video, I like the colors and the pace and the movements, as well as the length--just enough to get the blood flowing but not overwhelming. The fluid movements took me back to my college days of modern dance. Love feeling like a dancer, but with yoga the emphasis is different (more personal, not performance).

Few months off yoga as being doing other activities. I must say my back is so tight . I've missed yoga. Love how Cole makes it a little different and encourages us to make adjustments to our bodies rather than just follow a flow.

What a beautiful firey setting for this spicy little flow. Favorite new pose- the crouching cat/cow! Great strength builder for the triceps. And good little shoulder practice too! Thank you for your always evolving and creative ways Cole!

I just added this video to my yoga tx list. It’s a great one! I love the short 15 minute practices because I always have time for at least that long. I especially liked this practice because it not only opened up my body (I was feeling particularly stiff when I woke up this morning) but it always gave me a sense that I was strengthening my body. I was feeling empowered and then sure enough it’s what you said yoga can do for you! Thanks you. ❤️

I wouldn't say that this is a beginner's session, tried doing it with a family member who hasn't done much before and they struggled with it
