Curious, why do your videos start INSTANTLY. I'm not saying having a big intro, its just a little weird. Also should have gone with Game of Thrones man,
Seriously have you seen the channels pumping out GoT content getting insane views and subscribers? and I'm talking about ones that make incredible content like YOU, because your videos are amazing I love them, and you know what I love TES too, all the games. But GoT is relevant af right now, if you had started a series on that people love lapping those kinds of Lore/Theory/Speculation videos channels such as AltX and Secrets of the Citadel create. They would have come for the GoT and Sub'd for all the other range of awesome content you had. More money for you man..
Further info: The meteor, which had been hurled at Morrowind by the Daedric prince Sheogorath, was held suspended over the city Vivec. According to Vivec it was kept afloat, momentum unchanged but fixed over the city, and sort of bound there by the inhabitant's of Morrowind's love for Vivec. Its crash, then, may be a result of the people stopping their worship of the tribunal.
"The stasis of the meteor is powered by your worship of me. You must love me to keep it afloat!" translation "Worship me or I drop this fucking bomb on you. Don't fuck with me on this."
I enjoyed this video despite already knowing the content, especially the accompanying artwork. Very nice! TES3 remains my favorite of the series, partly due to the deep cultural background and affectations of the Dunmer as well as the dark and disturbing undertones of its main story. Dagoth Ur was an interesting antagonist who used both overt and subtle means of manipulation to achieve his ends which I felt added to the depth of his character. He was also in my view quite a tragic personality as well. I would certainly be interested in seeing more of your presentations regarding this topic in future as this was quite well done in my view. Ah. Having reviewed your playlist I see you have already created additional TES vids. I'll be checking those out to be sure...
Imo, TESIII was the most fleshed out in terms of culture, religion, history, plot, etc. TESI felt like a beta version of TESII. TESII was very good, but still lacked the level of detail that TESIII had. TESIV was actually pretty good, even though it's my least favorite in the series. TESV felt shallow to me compared to the others, especially considering how much they had to work off of at that point. All the material was there, but it could have been developed so much more.
*Voryn Dagoth at this point before madness.* *Forgot Alandro Sul* *It was Sotha Sul that researched the tools* *Kind of weird to not say the Tribunal's names*
If Skywind ever comes to fruition, it will without question instantly become my favorite Elder Scrolls. None of the others can even come close to Morrowind for how cool it is, and only its incredible datedness limits my ability to enjoy it.
Just to let you now Chimer doesn't mean northern ones it actually means Changed Ones just as Ayleid means Wild Elves or Wild Ones just to let you now other than that great video.
Whilst the video is well put together and compact. There is still some small bits of information that you could’ve added such as the tribunals’ names (Vivec, Almelexia and Sotha Sil) also, you failed to mention that the meteor crashed due to the machine made to keep it afloat stop working and that it caused the red mountain to erupt. Furthermore the name ‘dunmer’ doesn’t actually mean dark elf, it means cursed folk in the elven language. Other than that it’s straight forward and simple so a great video.
Anyone else think that Bethesda screwed over the Dunmer in Skyrim as a middle finger to to either Morrowind fans or Kirkbride? Admittedly the ladder can be a jerk from what I’ve heard.
The series has definitely lost a lot of its metaphysical, esoteric elements since morrowind, is that cuz they hate kirkbride (I realise I'm replying to a 2 year comment lol)
Archie Brew it is an irrelevant comment that can only have a negative effect on the creator or creators of this video as they will be left unsure if their content is good enough for the audience their reach.
There's not really any lore about him/her. Bethesda tends to write off their protagonists (with the exception of the Hero of Kvatch, who's the new Sheogorath). If they do establish a concrete lore to him/her, then you'll have to wait until TES 6.

Mr Hamilton I like that the videos start instantly personally
Shadowslice why
Mr Hamilton I feel like it puts the focus on the infomation in the video rather than the channel (which is a nice change from most other channels)

1:00 A race of beans.
ReeCocho beeeeeeeeannnns!
Lol
The Altmer are beans!
My kind of race
Hope they ain't kidney
The way you present information is both easy to grasp and soothing. Glad I found you!
Your voice doesn't hit me as the usual kind of documentary voice and yet your voice is easy and engaging to listen to.
Watch HIS SCP series, his voice is *PERFECT* for it.
This is much better than other channels that try to talk about the lore.
Thank you, that means a lot.
TheExploringSeries I like your style. I don't always agree with you when it comes to ES Lore but I REALLY like your style.
This saved my otherwise shitty tuesday. Thank you
Oh hell yes! Morrowind lore on Exploring Series!
I can hear the old shody cast intro for these things. Good times
Dagoth Ur did nothing wrong
jam34786 truer words have never been spoken
How can you kill a god?
I'm an Khajiit and I agree
Make Morrowind great again
Ooh
Ooh
Ooh
Ooh
Welcome Moon and Star
Come to me through Fire and War

Terminus 844 as a guy who new to the series (1 month playing)
i find Morrowind more enjoyable than Oblivion
Imo, TESIII was the most fleshed out in terms of culture, religion, history, plot, etc.

Wooo I always thought the red year was the eruption of the red mountain.
Could you do the imperials next? Maybe go a bit more into detail specifically with the colovians and nibenay subgroups
*Voryn Dagoth at this point before madness.*
*Forgot Alandro Sul*
*It was Sotha Sul that researched the tools*

So wait....that's how the dwarves disappeared? ?!?!
its a theory
If Skywind ever comes to fruition, it will without question instantly become my favorite Elder Scrolls. None of the others can even come close to Morrowind for how cool it is, and only its incredible datedness limits my ability to enjoy it.
Dunmer represent!
I love these elves
Can you do Argonians next? Love your lore videos, you're great at these! Well narrated, comprehensive, and not overwhelmingly long. Nice :)
Thank you. Argonians are definitely on the list.
Mr. Nerevar, I don't feel so good
Lol he sounds so drunk when I put 0.5x
Just to let you now Chimer doesn't mean northern ones it actually means Changed Ones just as Ayleid means Wild Elves or Wild Ones just to let you now other than that great video.
He was Voryn Dagoth before Dagoth Ur. Dagoth-Ur is also the name of the ruin inside Red Mountain.
Oh man there's so much to explore in the Elder Scrolls universe! Good job on this one and looking forward to more!
Nice video man, and im not just saying that because i love the Dunmer
Wow. I never knew it was the meteor that tucked up Morrowind. I was under the impression the volcano went off.
My favorite race.

Ah, the best race, despite what the _fetchers_ might tell you...
My favourite race

“History will not soon forget the dunmer”
Twitter: “so anyway i started blasting.”
I wonder if you've considered doing a video on the guilds of morrowind?
Possibly, but it wouldn't be for a while.
The books in Skyrim were fun to read.
HAVOC most of them originated from morrowind
You should definitely do a series about dungeons and dragons. Probably focused around forgotten realms or faerún.
Please do a Khajiit video soon if you are doing the races!
They are very fascinating.
Orsimer and Dunmer are my two favs
In a way, they’re both “ostracized”
I sped up the video to 1.25x ...somehow made it better.
Listening to you is very enjoyable and together with the details you provide, "exploring" is hugely intriguing!
From Light, to Darkness the Chimer descended.
My favorite race!
Great video!!! Keep it up!!!
The beginning of the words is ALMSIVI
dark brother hood lore history please!
Who knows you could talk about the Ice And Fire Series inthe next century? Ahahahahahahah (that was about Martin's slowness)
So that's how the Dwemer disappeared???
can you do a food on all the food in elder scrolls
Delicious. Fulfilling. Handmade. The Sweetroll of Tamriel.
Exploring World of Darkness?
Veloth was a fool
masterrace
Don't forget the gamer.
It’s Solstiem not Slaty time
Strictly for my N’wahs
Playing at .25 speed makes him sound like he's wasted.
Orsimer?
That's the proper name for Orcs, as Orcs are elves too.
It's sad I knew most of this
Koby Bortz so did I but its not sad, stop hating
Callum Torrance how is that a hate comment?
Archie Brew it is an irrelevant comment that can only have a negative effect on the creator or creators of this video as they will be left unsure if their content is good enough for the audience their reach.
oh thanks :D i just don't think he meant it that way
Not as sad as your Stalin's photo.
Wait, doesnt Chimer mean "the changed ones"? And Dagoth ur used to go under the name "Dagoth Voryth" if im not mistaken.
Dialogue in Morrowind states that its People of the North while books say it's Changed Ones. Both are fine I think.
Obi Cum Kenobi Elder Scrolls really doesn't have a canon.
Obi Cum Kenobi Dunmer means changed ones not Chimer.
Dagoth Ur's previous name was Voryn Dagoth.
Roland Deschain Dunmer mean Dark Elves or Dark Ones and Chimer means Changed ones or in Aldmeris People of the North
👽🫀👽
Do a video about the last dragon born (dovahkiin)
There's not really any lore about him/her. Bethesda tends to write off their protagonists (with the exception of the Hero of Kvatch, who's the new Sheogorath).
If they do establish a concrete lore to him/her, then you'll have to wait until TES 6.
Could you talk about the dwarves? Dwerer
Yes.
TheExploringSeries Also, If you have the time, could you do the snow elves and falmer story?
Lor-Kahn! not Lor-can.
Chris Anders ehhh up for debate. Depends on the persons religious viewpoint on Nirns creation
Chris Anders KHAAAAAAAAAAAAN
Second
I was hoping for more culture not Morrowinds storyline
ARGH THOSE BLACK BARS! why can't you just format this for ultrawide/cinematic displays?
First
First?
Your voice isn't pleasing to listen to. I'll continue to look elsewhere. Thanks, though.
Dude, you should put spoiler alert at the start.
