I'm saying DuraFast 40. It would be super helpful to have the full results of the data you collected. What paddles did you try, and where did they rank. It's really useful data that can be used by people who aren't just looking for the "most powerful", but may be looking for one a little more or less powerful than what they are currently playing.
I’d love to see how all the paddles stacked up to one another if you have the time. For me the Dura Fast 40 is the quickest, but I haven’t tried some of the newer balls.
Love the videos - quantified research... who'd of thought? Like others, I'd like to see the summary results for the tested paddles. As far as Fastest Ball, I will go with the Dura Fast 40.
Great video. Liked seeing your speeds on the gun too. Just tried the Wilson red ball and felt it was faster than what we had been playing with. Go with the wilson ball. Also got to try a engage MX 6.0 the other day vs. my Selkirk Invikta and it felt very good. Thanks Mafia!
@@thedutchinvestor040 I didn't think it bounced as high as what we are using now. We started using the new Franklin ball. It made a different sound when it comes off the paddle and compared it to the other balls. To me it is thinner and after using it for one week the color on the ball faded really bad.
DuraFast 40 for the first two games, it plays fast and then moves to the trash can riddled with smack cracks. Can you please let the community know when you will be doing the paddle drawing. Thanks
I know nothing about Pickleball and this is the second video I’ve watched. I’m just being honest I am very unbiased. However I watched a tournament that was held today as a friend of mine was involved and it seems like one of the most exciting new sports I’ve witnessed. I am a very good table tennis, ping-pong player, and I’m always looking to expand my horizons on sports and activities. I’m not saying I deserve this paddle I’m not even saying I’m still in range of being able to receive this paddle as I notice this video is about three months old however I will be getting into this sport. I wish you guys the Best of luck with your channel and good fortunes for the future thank you so much for the information thank you so much for elaborating on speed versus technique versus finesse and I think you guys did an excellent job with how you presented the information. It was clear to see that you weren’t being paid by your final option to represent your final option.
I love when I see comparisons of paddles… I am fairly new to Pickleball… The first paddle I bought was a one shot not knowing anything. The second paddle I bought was a paddle tech and now I am using a prokennex To see if it helps with my elbow pain. I’m playing almost every day sometimes twice a day… That’s probably why my elbow hurts. I also was curious about Longer versus shorter paddles.
I use The Engage Encore 6.0 EX! So far I compare it amongst the best! But it would be Awesome to add this Top rated Engage in my Arsenal when needed for Speed!
Very good paddle!! The Diadem warrior is right there with speed. The Selkirk Invikta offers a lot of the same things as the Engage paddles. All such good paddles!!
Great videos. I'd love to see the results of your testing. I'm thinking the Dura 40 will be the fastest ball. I haven't played with the Selkirk ball though.
Dura Fast 40 for the fastest ball. Great video, 1st time watching you guys. I would love to win the paddle so I liked, subscribed and commented, but I would have anyway. I enjoyed the content.
As many before me have said, it'd be helpful to see how all the paddles performed. I also think the dura 40 will be the fastest ball. It'd also be helpful to win that engage!
But where are the results?!? Would love to have seen a list of the paddles included in your trial as well. Keep the vids coming! I think the Dura is probably the fastest ball, but interested to see how some of the newer competition balls stack up.
The Pursuit MX would generate more radar gun speed than the 6.0. For sure. I worked out both of them, and chose the 1/2" core specifically for its pop. Less energy was absorbed by the core.
I'm so glad to hear that elongated paddles create more speed because that's what I've been using for years! I'm going to guess that the Dura 40 will be the fastest ball since it's a firmer ball with less "give" to it.
Nice video, but it would have been interesting to find out what the top 5 or so paddles were, as opposed to just the fastest. I think Dura 40 would be the fastest ball.
I think the Dura Fast would be the fastest off that Engage paddle. The harder ball with the powerful paddle would be a good combination. I need more power in my ground strokes because I don’t come from a tennis background. I’m on a waiting list for Engage MX lightweight. LETS GO!!😆
Great informative video. Good to hear that power and drives have developed a space in pickleball. I'm mostly shunned in my pickleball group because I tend to drive more than dink. I have played consistently with 3 outdoor balls- Dura, Core and Franklin. I definitely think Dura is the fastest amongst the 3. It helps my aforementioned drive game. Franklin is the slowest and gets soft very soon, after which the game just becomes a dink orgy.
At every level I am seeing that people start to drive a lot more and speed up more. People are getting better and better at dinking, which forces people to speed it up. Keep working on those speed ups and you will dominate!!
I haven’t really studied all the balls very much, as I primarily play indoors due to all my skin cancer issues from years of playing tennis and canoeing on rivers. (Sighhhhhh.) Anyway, I would suspect that the harder plastic balls, such as those use outdoors, would explode off the paddle more quickly. It’s interesting that you noted the consistent increase in speed with the longer paddles. I changed from a standard to a longer paddle after a year because of weight issues and the feel-more like a tennis racquet. (notice the old French spelling? That’s and English teacher’s favorite spelling.) Anyway, this formerly blonde-haired (now significantly bald), white-skinned tennis player with pock-marks on his face will take the longer paddle every day, and I’ll work the touch in as I go. You guys are great.
Dura yellow in all cases is fastest as far as balls I use. I havent tried the new Selkirk ball yet, but have played most others. Great stuff as always guys!
Let’s go!!!!
LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOO! LMAO

Science and pickleball. I love it. I don't know that many ball models, so I'll say X-40.
Love this page! These videos have been very informative for a new Pickleball player like myself.
That’s awesome!
We love hearing this!! More detailed reviews coming soon :-)
I'm saying DuraFast 40.

Great advice! We def should have. I will work on it! and see how I can add it.
Agreed
Killer video again guys! Keep it up. Gotta get myself one of those radar guns!
It is so much fun!! very hard to hit harder than 55mph... For us at least haha!
Would love to see how the speeds from the different brands stacked up, but I really love Vulcan is included here!
Dope video! Excited to amp up my pickleball game
Thanks for the video, looks like a lot of fun getting this data! Dura is my guess for fastest. Looking forward to finding out!
Excellent content! Thanks for sharing. I have my money on the red ball.
The laser joke gave it away :)
I’d love to see how all the paddles stacked up to one another if you have the time. For me the Dura Fast 40 is the quickest, but I haven’t tried some of the newer balls.
We are going in greater detail in future videos! So much to cover with all these paddles haha
Love this vid! I think the ball with the holes in it that is kinda greenish yellow will win!
solid pick ;-)
Would love to see the final data results just to see what the next few pedals under the engage were.
Durafast 40! Great video dudes!
Pickleball lasers!!!! Aka infrared Wilson TRU 32 Pro!

Working of making the graphs :)

Sry we should have added a graph of all the data :(
I love the encore standard!
Cool video and that court looks awesome! I believe the Dura would be it. 👍🏻
Oh man, we are going to convert our court into two pickleball courts. MAFIA HQ will be amazing. Thanks for watching
Nice! Can’t wait to see the ball comparison. Def think the Duras move fastest
Great video. Liked seeing your speeds on the gun too. Just tried the Wilson red ball and felt it was faster than what we had been playing with. Go with the wilson ball.

So many things to consider in buying a new paddle ahhhh! Lol. Great content. I think the Selkirk will be the fastest ball. 👍🏼
I enjoy your videos. It would be nice if there was a link to follow what the details are on the various paddles.
we will provide more of our data in the next videos!
Durafast 40, nice hard ball
Great looking videos! What camera/mic setup are y’all using??
Really cool data. Just wish it was a little longer. Great Job!
Longer! Now your speaking my language! Everyone was telling me to make it shorter. Def going to include more info moving forward!
@@jonreilly7172 they just love seeing you!! We will work on some longer videos. Coming soon!!
Great video. Franklin
What paddles were used in the testing?
Woohoo. Great video.
My guess for fastest ball would be durafast 40. Known to be a faster ball compared to Franklin.
I think fastest ball will be the dura fast 40. Loved the video!! Would also love the paddle!!!
DuraFast 40 for the first two games, it plays fast and then moves to the trash can riddled with smack cracks. Can you please let the community know when you will be doing the paddle drawing. Thanks
Can you share the data that was collected? How much faster was the Engage paddle?
Great video guys! The Dura will definitely be the fastest ball.
Great video, would love to see charts or something with the data for all the paddles you tested. I think the Drua will be the fastest ball.
We will make sure to include more of our discoveries in the next videos!!
Fun video and new approach to evaluating paddles. Thanks.
Been considering purchasing the MX 6.0 for Christmas anyways but I’ll guess we’ll see!’ Great video and I feel like the dura balls!!
Great video. Franklin dura ball will be the fastest.
My guess is the Dura balls hit the fastest, but can’t be certain!
Great channel guys, loving the topics and giveaways!
Like everyone else access to the data from this testing would be awesome. Also, really curious about the performance of the Vulcan paddles.
Can you post a list of all the paddles tested in the order that they came in? Thanks. I believe the jugs pickleball will be the fastest.

nice video. onix dura fast 40 fastest ball. been wanting to test out the engage paddle
I’m going to vote the Dura will bounce the fastest because it is a harder material!
Man I’d love a new paddle!
solid pick!! we will find out in a couple days....
I think the rubber balls will be the fastest (like the onix) and I want that engage paddle so bad ! I need more power and speed
Great vid I think Dura ball will have the most pop.

I use the Pursuit MX, 1/2 inch core whi ch works better for me for consistent power/control balance. Y previous paddle was an Encore EX 6.0
Came here from the Pickleball for Beginners group and didn't notice the Amazin' Aces paddle you mentioned?
I've really enjoyed the videos! I think the Dura Fast 40 is still the fastest ball. Would love to see a similar video for spin (RPM)!!

Dura may be slightly faster than others but I am interested to see how the SLK ball compares.

Working on the graph :)
I think the core will be fastest ball. The Engage paddle is crazy fast and takes discipline to not want to drive every shot at warp speed!
it is almost like a tennis racket!! So much spin and power

great info..I think the dura will be the fastest...crossing fingers I can use this racket on the court. game on

Gotta be the Selkirk!! Great video! I’m a data nerd so it’d be interesting to see the final results of your experiment
Great video! Gotta go with the Dura balls for max speed off the paddle.
I like the comparisons. I’m going with the Franklin X-40
I would say durafast 40. BTW, great tunes too :)
I think the SLK Competition will fly off the paddle the fastest. Keep up the great work!
Hmmmmmm. I must not have finished this one. That lead tape I used to use has left me with A.D.D. Good evaluation.
Interesting video and entertaining at the same time. New subscriber here. I think the Dura balls will fly off the paddle the fastest.
My money's on the Durafast 40 balls.
Great video!
Frankins seem to have more speed that I've played with. Using a ProKennex Pro Flight paddle right now.
I mainly with Duras and Franklins and I feel like the Duras come off the paddle with more pace.
