Truly love The Amazing, Powerful, Impressive and Beautiful Indian Scout 101, 1250cc!!!, No doubt at all The Best Cruiser in the world!!!, Great explanation and video as well, Thanks for sharing!!!
Congratulations on getting to be one of the first riders to experience the new Scout line up. The 101 is definitely an attention getter, but I found myself also checking out the gorgeous black Classic version on your left. Cheers
Will be interesting to see if somone can pull off mid controls in the aftermarkey with an aftermarket exhaust that allows for it. Seems unlikely, unfortunately :(
@@onetimer100 Mid controls on the Chief are phenomenal. Nice to actually have some bike control and weight on your legs as opposed to all on your tailbone star fishing down the highway 🤣
I've only had Harleys, but, I'm really considering this bike. The ones I've sat on previously, feel "toyish, or cheaply made." When you accelerated in sports mode, I did not like the front fairing bending with the air. If I get one, that's one thing I'll replace with a stronger one and paint it with the same colors. (Carbon fiber) Beautiful bike!!
Love the design, but a couple of minor gripes. Personally i would prefer the front forks to be black. It would flow better with the paintwork imo. I also noticed the front fairing flex. Needs to be stronger for sure, that would be irritating. Thanks for the great test. I think Indian is on a REAL winner with the whole range here. In Australia they REALLY need to improve their dealerships though: it's a HUGE let down for a quality product and turning people away.
It needs a bit more aggressive exhaust note to go with its stance and appearance appointments because that screams mean and wild all day. I just hope that it gets some performance stage kits like what is available for its bigger siblings because it looks the part of a rocket ship and deserves to run like one.
Nice to see that new lineup going straight against their own sport chief! Sportster 1250 is dead… but it was never this bike competition… its more nightster than sportster. Cant wait to see this in eu.
I guess not open to the public? I checked their website for info regarding demos and nothing in NC. This is like two hours from me and I would have loved to attended.
It's open to public. There's going ot be a demo event at Fayetteville in May: www.indianmotorcycle.com/en-us/events/demo-events/indian-motorcycle-of-fayetteville-nc/ I'd call them and confirm too.
Hello friend....thanks so much for the video. I turn 62 next month and have decided to buy a motorcycle for my birthday. I have owned 4 Harleys in my life (883 sportster, WideGlide, Softail Deluxe and last bike was a 820 lb Street glide. I have not ridden since I sold my street glide 15 years ago. Because of my age I am concerned about buying another 800 lb Harley and when I saw this new Indian it seems like the perfect size & weight at 572 lbs which is much easier for an old fart like me to handle. I do LOVE torque and quick acceleration. So my question is does a lighter weight bike like this new Indian have the same acceleration as the bigger 114 engine found on Harleys? The Indian weighs 30% less than the Harley so wondering if the lower weight bike provides the same oomph found on the big twin engines. This just seems like the perfect bike for an older rider. The only accessories I would add are saddlebags and a detachable fairing if that's an option. I also do love the new Scout Bobber which has just a tad less power. I do NOT plan on doing long rides. Maybe two hours at a clip so do not need a touring bike. Love to hear your opinion. Stay safe my friend and thanks again for the video.
Front mudguard is a waste of time prefer a mudguard that works look at the shyt on the radiator! Plus dont like where you can see wires in both switch gears control man ea prototype but looks unchecked and poor. but if in the UK i may be up to look and buy youtube@flapjackandbeans
Nice! 101 Indian Motorcycle Scout, oozes quality and lifts the entire class to a new level of finish.! Thanks for the video!
I agree. And thank you. I'm glad ypu enjoyed it

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it 😊
Whoaaa! You got your hands on a 101 Scout. Thanks for sharing man.. "looks like my next mistake" LOL. Well done Bhroman ....well done 😂
Yesss! Thank you
Love those Indian motorcycles ❣️
They just keep getting better and better 👍
Absolutely 💯
Love it. I reckon with mid controls it would be perfect. I believe that’s an option now.
Thats a great idea
When are you coming out with the new scout bobber video?
Soon... very soon hehe
Man I love that 101, I might just make that mistake 😢
Haha! Do it man lollll
This Harley guy seriously looking at an Indian on my next purchase .
101 looks really good.
Yess...it looks amazingg
I bough a low rider st and I think I would have buy a scout 101 if they were out back 2 years ago
Ha! Man the 101 Scout is something else
the scout is much smaller. If you're over 5'10 you made the right choice. The LRST is a fantastic bike
yeah....but that 114 engine is as monster compared to the 1250. Why would you want less power?
Congratulations on getting to be one of the first riders to experience the new Scout line up. The 101 is definitely an attention getter, but I found myself also checking out the gorgeous black Classic version on your left. Cheers
Thank you! The Scout classic video is going to be coming out soon. :)
Looks great. I had the old scout. Loved the engine and that’s it.
Nice bike. Slick video.. keep it up
Thank you. Glad ypu liked it
Why do the guys lights in front of you keep flashing, is that a feature of rain mode?
Will be interesting to see if somone can pull off mid controls in the aftermarkey with an aftermarket exhaust that allows for it. Seems unlikely, unfortunately :(
Yeah, mid controls with the seat height of like 25.5 inches sounds comfortable

Right on! I saw it when I was editing the video lol. Good catch and an excellent idea on the carbon fiber replacement. It would look sick :)
Great looking Bike! Nice video, Bhroman! 👍

Ha! You know the funny thing is that I didn't even notice the windshield flex while riding it. It was so obvious while editing it tho loll.
I have a 2023 scout rogue and I'm thinking of trading it in for the 101. That's how much I love the scouts.
Any idea if most parts will be interchangeable. I have a 2022 indian scout rogue sixty. I bought it last year.
Not sure. But I know that they're about to refresh the Scout 60 lineup too
They look great out of the box 😂
"I like it better than the previous Scout"....umm which Scout? The bobber, the Twenty, the Rogue, etc?
Lol...all of the above

I Love My 21 Indian Scout Bobber in White Smoke but this 101 is SWEET 😍👌
Can you fit the new digital displays on your old scouts?
Ahh great question. I don't know lol
I will answer,NO, many from indian scout members via Facebook tried,no succes
They bought A 4" comand, over 1000$ and no succes, and they go on Many service
I was really looking to get one but I'm definitely not liking the front fairing bending with the wind, that was wild
Thanks for sharing this
I’m about to celebrate my 26 birthday in a couple of months… maybe the Indian Scout 101 should fit perfect with my new plans…
There you go! Best birthday gift ever lolll
Indians are nice.
Sure are 😀
Love the improvements on this Scout, hate the gaudy paint scheme and gold color forks.
Love how you cruiser guys get so excited about inverted forks😂 They have been around for a while now😂
Lolll ikrrr. It's exciting because they're finally deciding to go that route lolll
🎉🎉🎉
😁

The 101 should have skinny turn signals as standard
That's a great idea
Beautiful bike minus the thick, large pipes…. Anyone have any links to videos, pictures or recommendations for an exhaust modification to the 101v
I'm 6'1. Will this bike be comfortable for me to ride?
I'm 5'10 and I was very comfortable. Have you sat on or ridden a scout before?
@@Bhroman nope, I never have. Definitely have to now.
Missing Cruise Control… but looks great.
It's got cruise control!

Not for beginners? But I want to be a legend, too...lol. I'm also older and trying to learn (40s)
LOL!!!! You're young, my friend. :)
I learned in my forties. First bike was a Scout Rogue. This absolutely for beginners. Just be slow, cautious, and progress.
My first motorcycle was a 2016 Indian Springfield.
Common sense and alot of parking lot practice goes along way.
That makes me consider that motorcycle.
I'd feel so spoiled on this bike!
Loll... for sure
That's got you written all over it 😜
Buying Indian Harley woke up .😂
Why the gold suspension? It looks so out of place. Should be black or chrome.
I’m not a cruiser fan, but if I was to buy a cruiser it would be a 101
Yesss
I'm the 666th Thumbs Up...all signs pointin me in this bikes direction lo!
LOLOLLLLL! Do it...Just do it
Looks like my next mistake as well
The 101! Look out Harley.
I don’t like the handlebar end mirrors
The shocks on these cruiser type bikes is pretty much nonexistent no matter how they are marketing them. Forward control is just murdering your spine
that 150 rear tire is ridiculous looking.
I’m buying a Harley!
Cool
lol can’t see a thing behind himself
The camera is mounted at the chin level not the eye level. Different level + different angle.
Very ugly exhaust.
Yeah agreed!
no!!!!!! swing arm too weak
Man that’s NOT a good looking bike, I expected so much more!
Bikes for Poser, Not for Biker!
Polaris motorcycles are so ugly .
