Anyone else seeing the pixelation? Thought it was likely intentional at first but I’m still seeing it 9 mins into the video in ways that seem less intentional. I seeing it in my phone app and computer browser in the same way at the same time stamps.
Yes. It's totally irritating.
Thought i was the only one
It’s very irritating
Man- i thought it was my new tv i got today! Thank you
@@canyonproductions7683 Bro that would have sucked to have that kinda luck with a new TV. Happy to help ease your worry that it isn't the case. I wasn't sure either myself. Thought my computer and phone might being acting up. Thanks for confirming you saw it too.
Indian thank y’all for listening to the customers we really appreciate you
Finally, I would have bought one last year if they had completed these updates.
I’m a fan of several motorcycle types and manufacturers, but I think Indian hit this one out of the park. Prices seem a little high but they all seem that way. LOVE the modular concept of adding what you want when ordering (mass customization). I really like my HD touring bike but the new scout is significantly different enough to justify having one in addition to a “big bike” IMO. Great job Indian! This is what HD tried to do with the new sportster S and nightster but missed - and I’m a big HD fan and own a couple of them. The new Scout might just be the first Indian I own. Well done. 👍🏼
Looking at my empty wallet like, "Can I make this work?"
Yes you can.
We believe in you.
Miss your videos man!
Dude I was worried about you lol been waiting for more videos
Just need to sell a few... ya know.. parts.
Literally everything iv ever recommended or wanted for my scout is in the new lineup. Indian really listened!! Hope to get a new model but I’m never selling my rogue!!
Never want to give up my 18 scout 60. I'd bring any of these into my barn beside my 1st
Same, my 23 isn’t going anywhere, but adding to the pack.
The 23 Rogue is imo still one of the best looking bikes of all time. I don't think the new 'Scout Sport' looks better tbh, but I totally understand the naming direction to be in line with other model lines and the need to keep design fresh. If anything I feel validated that the Rogue seems to be the base of the 101, and the look is the same going forward for the sport.
Iv had issues with the threads on the aluminum frame, all my fault but it dosnt take much to bugger up aluminum treads with a stainless bolt. Definitely glad they went to a steel tube frame. I agree the 101 looks more like the rogue but in all indian pretty much just made a scout version of every chief they already have but I’m delighted with the changes.
@@timothysanders4074 idk i feel like it was back and forth - when 'sport chief' came out i was like 'ah they made a Chief Rogue'.... i could almost see the rebrand of Rogue coming a mile away. But yes we get the 'super' which is more touring style etc. I like the consistency throughout the range, it makes it easier buying between the different lines. (ie. i like the Scout Sport, but i think I need the Chief Sport because I'm bigger' etc)
Very well presented guys, Great to see this iconic brand continuing to set the benchmark for others to follow, you certainly have ticked all of the boxes, made to measure motorcycles that do not require after sales performance or component upgrades, George Hendee would be proud...Wrecking Crew by name Wrecking Crew by nature.
Been wanting to get a bike for quite sometime now I’ve always dreamt of owning and riding my own Indian scout. Working to make this dream come true for my birthday
Happy future birthday and enjoy your scout. Be safe
you will get it😄
Make it happen. You won’t regret it!
Theyre giving harley a run for their money.
As a Harley rider and lover of all things on 2 wheels that go vroom, nice job Indian. Bike go vroom!
This is outstanding. Wow. I’m buying a 101. That is EXACTLY the Scout I hoped Indian would put out.
I have been searching for leaked photos of the new bike online.....with no luck. Good job keeping the lid on this one 😁
I am on the same boat as you. I just keep seeing videos of bikes leaking oil 😭
@@Diego.TheMan All Harleys tho haha
Check again 👌
They have one on the indian website. XD
Doesn't look like you missed much
They all look beautiful. Personally however, and this is just my own preference, I will miss the double pipe and not a big fan of the new design for the heads I liked the industrial look. Also making the tank more round not a fan.
I think Indian did great combining modern features while still maintaining that classic vibe.
BRAVO!! These look amazing!! Great job!!! 👍👍👏👏👏
Ok. I’m shocked. I never expected a new bigger engine. These Scouts look amazing.
They look really good, looks a little like the HD Nightster exhaust with the Sportster sized engine. This is the bike Harley should have made. Nice work Indian. My wife has the Nightster Special and loves it, we appreciate all motorcycles.
Scout Classic my favorite ❤
Wow....!!!!!
The 101 Scout is beautiful! The Red/Black colorway is killer!
that thing is freakin sick lookin!!
Yeah that thing is legit
💯!
Looks dumb. Why only two color options?
@@Shrewd_Enough I’m sure you can put in orders for another color. They only come factory in 2 color options lol. Guess it’s a good thing theres shops out there they do paint jobs yeah?
This release is a home run in my opinion.
They didnt fumble the ball on it. Still the king of the 1200 vtwin cruiser segment.
That's what I call a modern cruiser! Well done!
Also I believe it's time you build a Neo-retro styled Supersport bike based on the FTR motor!
yeeeessss!!!!!!!!!
I believe the FTR gets a similar refresh after this? would make sense anyway
i been yelling for Indian to branch out for years...first, a scout and scout 60 R model...or whatever you want to call it, a cafe looking sorta thing...clearly Indian...retro, but not a cruiser... The FTR...so they don't even have the flat track inspired paint any more, and are putting all kinds of plastic bits on it so at this point it's just a heavy naked bike that is cool, but not able to compete with its rivals..so it is time to move on from the FTR and come out with a new bike...neo retro is fine by me...but mostly loose weight, look good, go fast, corner well...
they should also take a scout 60 engine and make an adventure bike since those are so popular...and so on and so forth so they have a full line of bikes...
Plleeeeaaaaaase put that digital dash on the Springfield lineup! You'll have the perfect model there. Great suspension with over 4 inches of travel front & back, pure power and great sound from the 116 and the ability to both tour and urban cruise. Plus the choice of going classic with chrome or blacked out really covers most bases, from your Vicla custom shops in southern Cali to your club riders who want a dark, sleek design.
Bought a 23 Rogue and I have no regrets - I think I prefer the look of last gen overall - ape hangers, preferred the non-tube frame, the engine look being more raw, and also prefer the double barrel exhaust over the 2into1 they have as default now. Only thing I really would like is a fuel gauge and cruise control, but it's not a big deal to me.
Just to be clear I think Indian are making all the right moves, I just happen to be really happy with what I have, and I'm happier still that the next generation isn't far from the look of the last. Terrific job Indian. Maybe the looks grow on me over time or I find some other reason to upgrade, but for now you have a very happy customer already :) Looking forward to getting my new Bassani pipes on this year, already have the fox shocks, and I'm just in love with the thing.
101 is so rad. I was set to buy a Sport Chief on March 15th during a local demo day just to hear on the 14th about this new release. Glad I put the purchase on hold!!! But another couple months of waiting now again I guess....
2 grand cheaper as well....
@@ericlismumze99323 actually, or 3.5 if I compare it to the white Chief 😮
I just feel like the 101 isn’t worth it when the sport chief is only $2k more, am I crazy?
Once again INDIAN pulls up, makes the statement & rides off! Nice work team INDIAN
New Indian Scout❗ - It doesn't get much bigger than that in the American motorcycle universe.
It's not a real Indian though... it's a Polaris.
It’s not a real Polaris, it’s a CanAm. It’s not a real CanAm it’s a Victory with Brembo and Ohlins…So what? Globalization in manufacturing means there is no “one source” bike. Even bespoke Arch motorcycles use best in class parts from specialty brands. Not being a jerk on purpose, just don’t get your point.
@@stuartstogdill2406 Ah... Yes, I understand because Polaris owns Indian Motorcycle, and George Hendee and Oscar Hedstrom are, you know... Dead? Like Siegfried Bettmann is dead, and Albert Eadie and Robert Walker Smith are dead, As William Harley and Arthur Davidson are dead, Like God is dead, and if you stare into the abyss it stares back into you... Nah, I'm just kidding, but you see where we're going? Who owns Harley-Davidson now? Is it BlackRock? We don't quite know?... We don't want to know, and we don't care, and they are some how better? Right? No. It ithey are not. Anyway: The Scout is a great job by Director of industrial design Ola Stengård, product director Ben Lindaman and the whole Indian Motorcycle team. I Love it! People who don't see it, or understand it, can try placing it next to the competitor(s) and take a look. A good look. If the still do not get it. maybe they care less about design and aesthetics 🙂 I care, and I love the new Scout.
@@Cycleshiftyas a Harley guy, you're not wrong at all.
Love my Chieftain, couldn't be more happy of my bike and the way it looks, runs and rides. Kudos to Indian for again making a true statement with an icon in this new Scout line up. That 101 is just HOT!
“We added a Fuel Guage” uhh YEAH! 😂. Bout time you guys!
Great job to the presenter, riders and designers! Im all about the 101 and the Bobber💯🎸🎤
Cruise control on the limited. Really good if you got the money. Cruise control on a 1200cc class cruiser is particularly uncommon right now. It was odd to me a yamaha mt09sp had cruise its a naked in line 3 cylinder 😂 cruise control is much more fitting on these and indian having such standards makes it more key to have on a model like this its wjay sets them apart. Makes this a better choice for my 3 hour trip tl the big city. 3 hours is kinda a long ride but is longer without cruise control. But i like it being a 1200 my last bike was 1600 and it kinda was a little heavy in the parkinglot space. The less weight from a punchy 1200 to me its a good sweet spot. I rode all the way from a grom to a kawasaki vulcan 2000, 150cc, and 650cc bikes and 1600cc. So 1200 to me seems like a sweet spot for real world at least for a vtwin like this. Its a rough segment right now so im happy to see indian is really excelling particularly in the segment. Clearly the leader in the class
That is how you do a radiator, and make it look right.
We are excited for the new lineup!
Hopefully that new digital gauge can be installed on older scout models
I was thinking the exact same thing
Doubt it.
wiring is all different. there is no sending unit in current Scout tank for example...
@@ericlismumze9932 honestly wouldn't be hard to just turn that portion of dash off if the input isn't detected. I do think there's enough digi signals within the current bike that it could probably be plugged in with some features turned off.
@@petrol11 you could prob put one on sure, but most the things that matter won't cross over..no cruise, no gas gauge, no ride modes...GPS prob work...so yea, you right...but...
Can not wait.
I'm an old school heavy cruiser guy (I ride a Roadmaster and Road King), but man, those bikes look amazing. Great job all around but the engine really looks soooo much better and that 101 Scout....just wow. Very tempting.
Indian is now making a better looking sportster than Harley. Harley screwed up.
Indian i think is its best ever too. You look at all scout models ever and the new one is clearly the best yet
Wow. I think I'm sold on that 101 scout. Beautiful looking bike.
@@speaktruth247 bro have U owned a indian bike yet?
I've never been so pleased to be wrong. These look good.
I've never been so disappointed to be so wrong. If I wanted a Honda Shadow, I'd have bought one years ago. Gone are the crisp lines. In are the generic cruiser looks of the Chief. With an historic brand name. So disappointing.
@@I-LibertineYou’re dumb.
@@I-Libertinebro this indian right here is proof indian is better than ever. There was some bad years im there bro they got done dirty in ww2 and never recovered it took rough years polaris bought em like an abandomed puppy bro. Clearly best scout there ever was
@@TheAnnoyingBoss yes, Polaris did great things. In the teens. That was once upon a time. This is proof positive. Wanna buy one? Congrats. I'll stick with the one that looked so good I put in my order the moment I saw its release in South Dakota. It looked so much more distinctive than this 'new' one. But hey: if you like it, more power to ya. (About 3-5 more HP, to be precise). Enjoy it.
This one is glitching out at 3:50 also. I think your editing software or the machine youre using to edit with might be the issue. Not trying to be a know it all. Just trying to help. It does it at 4:50 also. Still watching and beauty of a new Scout btw. The 101 is 😍😍😍
I hate to be the one typing this today. I love the previous indian scout models because of the looks... with this new 2025 line up we get better technology, new engine but it does not look cooler than the previous models. We have to understand that it was tough for indian to release a cooler scout after the great job they did the previous years
I hear ya.
I totally agree with you. I love my bobber because it's a real throwback and very spartan. The only one that wows me in the new lineup is the 101. Beautiful!
Agree. Biggest downer is that ugly leaf blower exhaust....like the HD Nightster.
But kudos for the motor and new tech.
I'm with you. I also thing the radiator was a big step backwards as well. The original scout radiator was forward thinking. Design and materials. I'm starting to think that most of the really unique Indian designs were from the era before polaris took ownership. More and more these Indians are loosing their uniqueness.
I agree completely!!!! I wouldn't trade my 2017 for these. If they made a vintage 101 with springer front end I would buy one!!!!!
I prefer the last generation looks, what the designer called industrial, not a fan of the rounded edges and boring looking engine
I like the indian scout classic.
Looks Badass. 😎👍
The 101 is the only good looking one... needs to have mid controls stock though. Forward controls are truly inferior for a performance oriented model.
I can hardly wait to test the new 2025 Indian Scout! I'm a new rider and glad that Indian has three ride modes including rain to allow riders to grow into the bike!
24 minutes! Yooooo okay Production team!
I dare you to turbo the scout you got
@@camrongoodall tryna send my next Scout into a tree like the first one.
@@BrandonBicasso at least catch it on cam for us
Beautiful color combination. Can’t wait to see these in person at the local dealerships.
Great job! I’m impressed with the new Scouts!
Nothing like the scout line. The most beautiful eye catching bike ever.
As a Harley Lowrider ST owner, I like these. Indian being competitive, everyone will win.
I'm sure it will be great. I am very excited...
I’ve got mixed feelings. It looks okay, but it doesn’t look as iconic as the previous model. The tank is only 0.1 gallons larger but it looks way bigger due to it being more round. I could care less about ride modes. Sounds like everything that’s nice and improved comes at additional cost by the “buy separate” method.
It looks more iconic but the last one was damn good anyway so
Really good looking bikes. Not that the current scout is ugly by any stretch, but wow these are a step up. Not that there’s any chance I’ll be stepping down from my challenger to one of these, but an addition to the stable is always welcome 😂
mmmmm I'm not sure they look better in the new gen... the back bolts really stand out to me, the rear end doesn't look quite right. I also happen to prefer the double barrel over the 2into1 pipe look on the scout. Also risers in place of mini-apes is.... not an improvement for me.
The chromed one looks amazing, and I don't like chrome.
Nice! I definitely want to make a review video. Indian, please lend me one! Lol
I want to learn how to ride just because of this!
Just do it. 🤘🏍
I like the fact that the engine size is referred to as 1250..., it makes it more relateable to all those who live OUTSIDE the US !!
Now we just need the price in € and £.
Thank you Indian.
OK, I am running a 2017 Scout ABS. IT has a US 3.3 gal tank. They mention the 2025 tank has been built larger at US 3.4 gal. Adding 1/10 gallon is NOTHING!!!
Work out the range on these bikes, especially the 101 and you'll be lucky to make it to 120 miles before the next fill up. Indian, you have dropped the ball on the new lineup, specifically on tank capacity and in turn, the range which needs to be in the 200 mile / 300 km range.
SO DISAPPOINTED. GUARANTEED THIS SCOUT RIDER WILL NOT BE BUYING A NEW 2025 MODEL.
Good saves one for someone else. Bye 👋
I don’t need the digital stuff of a bike that only gets 150 miles a tank. I got my Scout bobber because it was a raw ripper, not a more expensive theft magnet. I know some people just want bright screen touchy thingys because they can’t get away from them - car, home, McDonald’s drive-through… but come on man. It’s just making it more expensive and at the end of the day it doesn’t enhance your riding skill.
Oh, and more expensive = more tax and (in some states) higher registration fees / dealer fees / more expensive repairs / more things that can throw check engine codes.
Stop making EVERYTHING digital for crying out loud. Analog machines can be worked on by any mechanic, and it gives customers a better ownership experience.
I like the bigger engine, but not the smoother look. The previous scout bobber engine looks phenomenal. Not even sure they could improve on it.
Bottom line for me, I want the offering of a raw ripper. And it sounds like they have a base model available. While many people want cruise control, I’ll never use it on a short ride bike like this.
Last year I was in the market for an American sport cruiser. It was between the Scout Bobber and Harley Sportster S, I chose the Sportster S because it had a lot more of the tech that I wanted. If this was available then, I'd have a real hard time deciding between the two.
8 min in just to see the bikes...ugh. don't need all that heritage stuff...icon, legend, icon, repeat, repeat....ugh...i am impatient and want to see the bikes!
the bike itself...so it solves the little gripes i have about my 2022 Bobber...actual gas gauge, the fancy speedo/gps, cruise...i hope cruise!! little bigger tank is great...profile is nice, the 101 looks pretty sweet...hopefully under the fairing is a full on headlight so a person can just take the fairing off. i never had issue, but i know some did with the radiator mount/frame on the existing Scout, so i get why they redid that to hide radiator...Indian is clearly listening...
the thing is though...the Scouts were not cheap before, and for what you already paid you should be getting an actual gauge, cruise, and the dealers should have seats and handlebars they swap out for you free...or for a nominal fee if its an upgrade...to get the bike to fit...when you buy a premium brand at a premium price you should get premium service and products...
but...i get the feeling that the price is going to go up alot...i get a hike for the digital GPS gauge thing, obviously, but the little things that should have already been there should not increase the price...
Last, the engine...numbers look impressive...however, in the video the dude says it aesthetically matches the Challenger engine more...but that isn't a good thing, the existing Scout engine is the prettiest engine ever put in a motorcycle...thing is sexy! and the look of the new one is definitely a HUGE downgrade...now, like the challenger, it just looks like this massive, bland monolith thing in there that lacks any character or charm...so that is definitely the big miss in this new bike...and it is especially more frustrating since the guy makes a point of saying how much attention went into details like bolts and covers and lines fading in and out...etc....yet noone caught that the new motor has zero details...its just two massive tubes filling a space...it lacks what the guy said the bike has.
I am glad to see they actually put the riders these bikes are built for..Here you go ladies. The perfect chick bike💪💪
I find my 2022 classic scout much more beautiful than the new one. It actually hurts to see how they massacred my boy.
Everything that made it astounding is now gone, the 2 exhaust system was awesome, the tank was unicoloured, the wheels were better looking.
The only thing that was needed for the 2022 scout to look better was exactly was is not included in this new lineup. Billet pegs, billet controls, billet shifter and billet rear brake.
Those ugly ass and quick to be deteriorated rubber pegs make those indian look cheap as hell.
Polaris Industries bought the name back in 2011. They haven’t been around since 1953. Stop saying legends and all that other crap. Plus these bikes look terrible.
Great looking bikes and an even better sales pitch. Would I buy one? It's a big NO from me, and reason is not what you would expect. I would not purchase another Indian motorcycle for that matter, simply because Polaris abandoned the Australian Indian motorcycle enthusiast by closing their stand alone dealerships, and sell them through 3rd party dealerships like MCA.
Their sales staff lack knowledge of the product, lack enthusiasm, and generally look so disinterested that you just simply walk out! And don't get me started on the after sales service which is non-existent and if you need parts, your motorcycle will be off the road for months because getting parts is ,for lack of a better term, a challenge, and getting accessories is a very expensive exercise and pita.
I would expect a starting price here would be 30k plus for this downsized Chief, so good luck with the brand in Australia, you will definitely need it!
I Ordered my bobber early 2022 and picked it up on May 20th 2022. It now has over 22,000 miles behind it. I love my Scout. Goog Job!
Ohhhhhhh ok this is pretty damn cool
That was one seriously cheesy ad. But at least the bike looks a little bit more like the Chief and a little bit less like a Victory. That's a positive!
But the tank still has that dated curved, swoopy look circa 2005. Also those ridiculous, uncomfortable and silly looking forward controls with no oem mid control option is a complete dealbreaker.
I'll keep my 2018 with it's better looking engine. "Meant to customize" - with zero tank options? .1 gallon over the previous scout? Weird.
Hope you make better motorcycles than videos. Sorry but this world premiere video is quite poor. I just want to see the bikes not invest 24 minutes to see a bunch of video effects or dudes talking. The lighting and video pixilation is horrible.
The rear shock is tilted way too far forward to give a good ride over the bumps.
Why call it unrivaled? It’s clearly a Harley competitor. Looks like a sportster. Polaris makes a nice looking bike.
all what I can say: Wonderful!
Is the video a bit corrupted for anyone else?
Love it! gonna have to trade my 21 Scout Boober for that 101!
How could you ever give up your scout Boober?
I fell even more in love with the Brand. I have a 2016 Scout and a 2017 Springfield.
This is what we were limited to acquiring here in Brazil.
If I had the means, I would definitely import a 2025 Scout.
This is exactly what i wanted the Chief line up to be. Perfect mix of them. Only thing i would have wanted was a much larger tank. 5 gallons! Come on!
Well, you certainly got your Chief with this one. 😢 RIP to the best Scout - - best motorcycle--ever. What a disappointment.
What about that FTR 750 we were supposed to get?
Wow! Great job!
Missing the old Model Chief Vintage model with loads of chrome and leather Saddle bags ....I wish Indian motorcycle reintroduce such models....
Been on my 2022 Scout Rogue Sixty for a little over a year now and it’s been a fabulous time. Can’t wait to see these bad boys on the road! as for a personal plea, here’s hoping the new saddle bags are backwards compatible!
Ride Command, inverted forks, bigger tanks???
Mid controls? NO......kind of sucks for those that want to ride in comfort by having the ability to lift your butt off the seat and adjust.
You want to ride this like a dirtbike?
@@TheAnnoyingBoss I owned a '17 Vic Octane with the forward controls. I put 16,000 miles on it and sold it is 2018. If you ride 400+ miles per day then you understand why I bring up mid controls. If you ride 100 miles for the day you don't.
More than just dirt bikes run mids. Forwards are the worst.
I'll come back in a few days after they fixed up the pixelation in this video
The previous one is much better especially the engine design
Love the changes. Not sure how I feel about the new engine look but hey, I love Indian.
Is there an issue with the upload. I have 1Gigabit internet speed and i find the video choppy in many parts if the video.
Same for me.
Very nice!
I didn't watch listen to everything but I'm not really seeing much clear improvement over the older model. Perhaps I think that because I think the older model seems so good. I hear there is more power but the old one was not lacking at all. IN terms of appearance I like the previous version better
The current gen was very innovative. The aluminum frame was interesting. I would why away from a frame made of aluminum but they proved it was possible and it is very light
I am so jealous of that exhaust style! I just bought a '23 and now I 'm saving to upgrade it. Silly me already burnt my thigh.
I Love Indian Motorcycles. I will go for my Scout or Chief next year. Greetings from Mex.
I have a scout and a sportster. Wanna trade?? 😁😁
Looks similar to the chief, just smaller.
Good job.
Indian, did y’all watch this after you uploaded it? It’s riddled with fragmented frames and pixelation issues.
Pretty sure UA-cam Compression screwed it up
Let's go!!!
LET'S GO! NEW SCOUT!
Loved everything but I was just hoping for more fuel capacity 3.4 is the same as the previous and more power I was hoping for more than the sportster s for the 101 I hope the left more room to make power with that engine but you got my sale my first brand new bike will be a scout 101 was gonna go with a chief sport but I like liquid cooled revers better than the thunder stroke but was always gonna be a Indian
The 101 is a beautiful bike but still under performs compared to the sportster s for the same money.
Sporter s i wouldnt want my mother to see me on it though
That 101 is beautiful!
Harley Davidson at least bothers to put subtitles in all languages. Saying that they were born in 1901 does not make them more popular, apart from the video having image flaws, I hope their motorcycles don't fail the same.👍
Well the German subtitles are there. Not that I would use them but they are implemented.
Loving the new look, options, and color ways. Eyeing the new Triumph R3 GT as well. Great time to be a rider with all the choices out there. Cheers Indian! 🥃🥃
