Although I'm terribly late haha I just wanted to point out the text written in the bottom left corner of the back page shown in 6:41 If you view it from the front with a source of light from the back, It says PILIPINO in baybayin ( not alibata ) which is considered an ancient script of the country now being brought back up to life once again :D
I just hope you pause the video while you do the reactions, because we want to listen what the video has to say and also what you say. It's not clear because it's mixing both. Hope you understand, thank you so much.
Yung banko central lageng nagrerelease ng bagong perang papel tapos wala naman kaming ka pera'pera😅. Galing pa yan sa abaca kaya precious tapos lage pa nilang ini'iba'iba.
Another one, if you look at the denomination value number at the lower right of each bill, you will see some weird marking just above it. Half of the markings were written at the back of the bill. You can see it whole by putting some light behind the paper. The writings says "pilipino" written in baybayin alphabet, an early writing system here in the Philippines.
The 200 peso note has been released during the time when pres gloria macapagal-arroyo was the president of the country. Apparently, may have been discontinued after she was replaced by Pres. Aquino. I have not seen this bank note for quite some tine as well, although Im pretty positive that it is still being accepted in stores nationwide for its value.
Can you pause the video when you have something to say. Your channel was basically a Reaction Channel. Your reactions are more important and you need highlight that. It will also help avoid copyright.
Another fact on the bills is that, if you place it on a light you can see a kind of writing on the lower left, which is baybayin (this can be seen because it was cut into half, horizontally so placing it on a light can make it much clearer) And this baybayin spells 'PI LI PI NO'
There is still one banknote that is not included in this video. That is the largest bank note in the world, the 100k peso bill. Though it is mostly used as a collectors item, it still has its value.
The video did not mention Baybayin, the letters used by filipinos before they were colonized, half of the Baybayin letter, is located on the lower right hand corner of the note, when you look at the back of the note you will see the other half of the Baybayin letter and when you hold the note up you will be able to see the WHOLE of the Baybayin letter. Dont you think we have a very cool note?
They said that Diosdado Macapagal had a lot of issues that's why the 200 peso bill is very uncommon but unfortunately I don't know those issues, although I'm not really sure if it is because of the issues
Small information, if you notice in backside of the bank notes where the number is at on the right side. There is a pretty print on it and it is different for each bank note because each of them signify the local print of their cloths that can only be produced there :")
They made the Php200.00 bill when Former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo was still the reigning president of the Philippines. Maybe the bill was to acknowledge her late father Former President Diosdado Macapagal as one of the Philippine President in the history. The tarsier at the back wasn't actually a tarsier at the time. That was Former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo's picture in her inauguration. 🥰 The Philippine Peso Bills' appearances were actually changed by the time Former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo ends her reign as the Philippine President. Then the next president, Former President Benigno Aquino III, added his late mother Former President Cory Aquino to the Php500.00 bill. The Php500.00 bill before was actually a portrait only of his late father Former Senator Benigno Aquino, Jr. *** Such a long explanation. However, feel free to correct me if I am wrong. 😄😅

Cause actually the Php 200 is just a new bank note..unlike the others which Filipino usually uses...the 200 is very much recent denomination so there are only a few of it..but sooner or later that will be exactly the same as the others..
the 200 bill isnt popular because it was initially meant to be a limited edition banknote to commemorate the former Philippine president Diosdado Macapagal, whose daughter , also former Philippine president Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, who was the same person who ordered the creation of the said banknote , just several years ago.
They forgot one detail about the money. In the upper right down, above the money number there's a weird lines above it. If you put a light underneath it, the shadow of the other half of the line will show. Those are not just but actually a letter called BAYBAYIN, if you translate it into latin alphabet it is read as "FILIPINO" or "PILIPINO"
Some like using lower values such as 20, 50, and 100 pesos to have 200 pesos because it's easier to give change to smaller values when purchasing stuff.
There is also another hidden feature about that money... They "baybayin" written on the sides which are barely even visible. Baybayin is the old writing style of filipinos before the spaniards invaded the Philippines and destroyed some artifacts
@@andreipascual8165 Well you are close but it's actually Pilipino, the upper mark of the baybayin are sometimes hard to see and the baybay of the word might change... We Filipino's are also just begining to learn about Baybayin
Well, 200 peso was removed by the Philippine's Bangko Sentral or Central Bank of the Philippines (The Government that releases the new design or updates the changes of money) is because 200 peso can be copied so easily, thats why they removed it, but, Philippine Cinitenz or Pilipinoes can still use 200 peso as a currency. We can still recieve and see 200 peso currency by going to public markets nationwide. Hope it helps.
We played a color game as kids. We ask violet (100) + violet (100) = green (200) or 5 x orange (20) = violet (100). Its a great way to familiarize kids to colors and monetary denominations.
Because the 200 bank note here is not that much to circulate it, because with just two 100 bank notes it can be used to buy any. Besides it's not really that here expensive. But sooner will be cause of growth population here.
its not always used here in the Philippines the always used banknotes is the 20 , 50 , 100 , 500 , 1000 and soon to come banknote is the 5000 peso banknote. :)
I’m pretty sure that the 200 pesos bill is very rare because most thing you buy are 150 300 499 and most of the time there is not 200 items if there is Filipinos use two 100 bill and the banks dont produce that much
Actually We didn't usually use the 200 peso bill because the 100peso bill is much convenient than this 200 peso bill that's why Philippine central bank didn't Released much of it and make it rare because of the use of it.
He forgot to include The Philippine ancient alphabet called BAYBAYIN written on the lower right hand corner (if you are facing the front of the bank note) It means PILIPINO.
Ph Central Bank rapidly changing its bills in circulations with more security features including the attractive color . But, they might be changing again sooner to a plasticized one. This is observed to be clinically clean. Singapore allready change their bills to a plasticized one. i think that was 10 yrs.ago...Go Ph.....what's lacking in the bills right now is the P5,000 peso bills. What I wish to see a new ones (a plasticized) for P20 peso, P50 peso, P100 peso, P200, P500 ,P1,000, and P5,000 peso bills
I haven't seen a 200 Peso money in 6 years I'm not kidding, the last time I saw it is when I stole it in our house to buy a book in my school since it was our book festival where we buy books at school and also bc my parent's won't let me buy a book
P200 is kinda uncommon but not rare. Personally in our family we try to get rid of it (spend it) asap as we tend to get confused with it because of all the bank notes, the P200 is the latest one added. It is weird as I look it up, it was added in 2002 lol but it is just so uncommon that we never really got used to it.
As far as I can remember, they released limited 200 bill (for circulation) with an unspoken reason for Diosdado Macapagal connected with Gloria Macapagal. Dunno' Forgot the story 'bout it. 😅
