I don't know yet. I honestly just made it quickly for this video but everyone likes it so maybe! Should I release it myself, give it to an artist, or scrap it? Haha
This is better than what I hear on the radio. Honestly man finish this and free it to the world. It just needs a chorus. The chorus can be an electronic "drop". Subscribed btw.
Would love to know what you did on the vocal delay throw at"1:12 for 'what if we make love'... is it some pitch and formant stuff? What plugins?? Great tutorial!
I really love the track and thank you for the tutorial. I've been doing it completely different, haha Plus I use Cubase as well, which makes your videos even more amazing!!!
TRULY glad to see another Cubase user!!! Very curious to learn what you have on your original vocal chain, they are super clean without the harshness??
James St. Michael yeah! This was just something I throw together quickly just to make this tutorial. Haha the vocal was a super quick one take and the lyrics were basically free styled. Haha it was just to show how to use a vocoder.
@@austinhullmusic bro thise vocals were soooooo sweet!!!!! How did you process them? How did you record them? What did you use plug in wise? How did you gain stage going in? Did you do do any tuning work and if so what and how did you use???? These are all questions my mind is boggling over right now!!!! Would you please consider making a video showing how you produce vocals like THAT from beginning at recording to the end at mixing?!?!?!?! Amazing job my man!!!
They were recorded on a Shure SM7b into a UA Apollo, and then processed with vari audio tuning, autotune, Slate VMR with the FG-N module and the 116 Module, then pro q, then de-esser, then La-2a, then de esser, then sent to a hall vocal reverb and a short room reverb in Verbsuite and a stereo delay with h-delay. I can give a run down! It's a super basic chain!
Hi, a very good video. I also use Vocalsynth 2 and your video helps me a lot. Just a well-meaning tip from me: Speak slower, please. After all, this is an instructional video (!) and not a conversation between two people 😉. I orient myself e.g. always on the TV speakers, e.g. News, foreign correspondents, speakers in documentaries. Whenever more or less complicated relationships are to be explained, it is advisable to speak a little slower than, if necessary "in normal life". A good example of "professional and accented, clear speaking" would be e.g. Chris Selim. Chris makes great instructional videos about Cubase and much more on UA-cam like you. Have fun and good luck with your music. Greetings from 🇩🇪

Why are you on a channel dedicated to pop music then?? Lol
el pobre gato tratando de salir al aire libre, como cualquier animal a marcar su territorio y demas
Oh.... that’s a cat
A shame you can't use an _"ACTUAL"_ hardware vocoder using a midi keyboard like was done back in the day. Most likely above your pay grade. lol
I mean, I can but most of our audience doesn’t have access to that so we use what most people can get their hands on. I’ve done it with my Juno DS 88.
