Why does the current generation conveniently leave out this fact that Amitabh was already married when he met Rekha? This is done to justify their extramarital afair.
No , we don't justify it at all . We just hate it when Amitabh is portrayed as this perfect man , Rekha as a homewrecker and Jaya as a bitter wife who pushed her husband into an affair. Ironic how men and women together (including her parents)at that time exploited her, broke her, criticised her, blamed her but none stood beside her and empathized. 'Khoon Bhari Maang' is one of my favourite movies from her, simply because of the catharsis I feel from watching it every time and oooh the fashion! Just few years ago I saw this movie called Guddi on UA-cam and I was like ki Jaya maam to itni cute and soft talking person hai phir ab aisi kese ho gayi(rude) . Mene unke old interviews bhi dekhe and wo real life mein bhi kafi soft spoken ,well mannered girl thi but ab wo bahut bitter ho gayi hai all thanks to her husband and dumb media. Media ne to ek baar ese bhi bola ki Jaya ji kabhi Rekha nahi ban sakti or bhi bahut faltu ke memes bana rakhe hai logo ne unpe.
Wese to mein kabhi bhi 2 aurat ko support nahi karti per Rekha ji ke childhood traumas ko dekh ke we can understand ki unhe bs ek family chahiye thi or wese bhi hum ladkiyon bachpan se hi sikhaya jata hai ki hume shadi karna kitna zaruri hai ,humari life ka main goal hi bacche aur pati ki dekh bhal karna hona chahiye bhale tum khud pe dhyan do na do.
