    Pelvic Floor Muscles (PFM) are the lowest part of the core that holds important organs up in the abdominal cavity. If we don't have this muscle layer, all the intestines will literally slip out of our body. In other words, if your PFM are weak, all the connective tissues will get pulled down. These include, of course, intestines, diaphragm, and even heart, which means that weak PFM can affect the digestive/respiratory/circulatory system.
    However, many people don't pay attention to this little muscle until they develop some related issues like urinary/prostate problems. If you can't activate your PFM against the gravity (shown in this video), your PFM is weak and you need to act now. Do this exercise 3 sets 4 times a week at least. Even if you don't have any problem and your PFM is strong enough, it is also good anyway to do 1 set daily to maintain/improve its function.

      It is based on kegel contraction so you do kegel here. Plus, you need to pull the whole pelvic floor area up towards your belly and this motion includes your navel being pulled in and up a little bit. To maximize the effect of the real kegel exercise, you have to engage your core and breathing too.

    선생님 영어 채널도 가지고 계셨군요 와이프가 외국사람이라 선생님 한국 채널의 보여 주면 영어 자막을 이해 못하겠다고 해서 찾다가 이채널을 발견 했내요 우리가 교정을 위해 호흡이 교정이 제일 먼저 인가요? 그다음 마사지 스트레칭 교정 운동 복합적으로 해야 하나요 몸이 모든 체형이 교정이 되나요 어떤분은 고유수용성감각성 운동을 해야 체형 교정 된다고 하는데 체형 교정을 위해 많은걸 찾아 봤지만 결국 내가 몸의 보상 작용을 찾으면서 고쳐 나가야 하는건지요 저희 와이프도 체형이 안좋아서 허리 어깨 통증을 호소 하는데 선생님 이채널을 무엇 부터 보여 주면서 교정을 운동을 해보면 좋을까요
