@@junkayechan9815 just don’t throw your head back. i know thats easier said than done but you just have to trust yourself. if you can, id advise falling into backbends without looking at the ground and then working from there
I can't believe that people actually learned how to do backflip by doing back handspring 😭 I've never had to do that learning mine but I think back handspring is way scarier
Hey bro! I have a good back handspring, can pretty much land it 10/10 times, but I’m really struggling with the first step of looking forward instead of whipping my head/torso back. As a result my jump height is very low. Any specific tips for learning to do this properly? Or is it p much just something I have to send? Lol. Thanks!!!
try spotting something in front of you and looking at it until you go upside down and even when you're upside down you don't want to look at ground like you would in a normal back handspring. you want to keep your head neutral (or maybe even tucked in) to avoid spotting the ground. the goal is to prepare you to attempt the actual backflip with proper form and technique. i know these tips are a lot easier said than done lmao even i still struggle with throwing my torso back even when im looking forward. you just have to keep practicing with consistency and you will get better at it :)
@@zzaviier Thanks dude I’ll try it out! Backflip has been a dream trick for me for like a year, I learned back handspring quite fast and I thought backtuck would come very easily afterward but that is definitely not the case. I’ll see what I can do although jumping upwards and Not immediately whipping backwards scares the hell out of me😂 Tysm for the help!!
Hello thanks im doinf the steps but im having problems with the hand spring can you teach me how to do that?
