Not only are these great moves on their own and in combination with each other, but many of them allow you to reverse engineer scarier stuff through progressive reduction of reliance. Eventually you won't have to twist the cheat gainer and it'll just become a regular gainer and then a flat backflip. Super helpful for mental barriers at the cost of a slight bit more work overall

Just throw it dude! I learned cork about 6 months ago and it was a painful journey. But use this man’s tutorials and some cushions and you will be fine👊🏼

1 seems like a b-twist but jumping with both feet

I already know how to back full flat and I find that the hack full is harder than a normal full
