- Playing about with analogue video feedback, using a VHS-C camera, an old 10" colour CRT TV which I think was used in caravans... an Edirol v4 video mixer, and the Neon Widow circuit bent video enhancer from Mezkalin.

The sequence at the end was beautiful. All the textures and colours feedback into itself was way more than i thought it was gonna be. I cant wait to see how you end up using all this stuff. Thanks for putting the effort in

As you know, I love what you do. 😆 And it was super cool getting to see you do this. One of the things I love about the video feedback glitches are the constant changing and warping it does. Makes it incredibly interesting to watch and I am an absolute sucker for color cycling so this really gets my tail in a frenzy! 😁🐀
I whip my tail back and forth! Thanks a lot man! I honestly just sit there and stare at the screen revolving for ages. It's like being hypnotised. Maybe I've got an issue ha.

the videos at the end looked good. 👍 the music was good too. i put some footage through 2 mixers. the v-4 and the mx-1 using the luma key function on the mx-1 and the other effects on the v-4. ....and a analog 3 chip video camera as my feed back camera but the best part is the PYLE pvrC-52 hard drive recorder witch records in 1080p on a SD card or thumbdrive so theres no rez lines and its good for computer editing.

v4 input with camcorder and output with crt
There is no camcorder screen in crt But in the preview output
If you connect it, you can see the camcorder screen
However, even if the screen comes out through preview out, no effect is applied
Here's the summary of the question
Can't camcorer (input) → v4 → (output) crt (effect applied)?
I am not completely sure I understand your question - I am sorry!
Are you saying that if you connect a camera to your v4, it is only displayed via the preview output, but not the actual output?
If you select the input for the preview screen, you will only see the input I believe - not the FX applied. The FX are applied as it goes to the output. If you don't get any output, there is something wrong with the v4. Have you tried different sources?
