  • I'm not a big supplement guy, but I know that the intensity of training Muay Thai in Thailand twice a day will push my body and mind to it's limits.
    Although some Thai food is tasty and nutritious, since most people train two intense training sessions a day in Thailand, it's important to fuel your body with what it needs in order to get the most out of your training.     Are you allowed to bring vitamin supplements into Thailand?

      Yeah I took some beta alnine (however it’s spelt) with me from England. You can always find supplement stores in Thailand for your proteins, pre workouts and vitamins

    When do you take the whey protein? For example you practice twice a day..4 hrs in the morning and 4 hrs in the afternoon...shud u take whey protein after the training...like 1 after training in the morning and 1 after the pm practice? Tnx.
