    Great video Alex. You mention that you don't feel oral Minoxidil works aa well as topical. Is that common for alot of people that you've worked with over last few years? Can you estimate % of people who respond better to topical Min vs oral Min? Also for someone who isn't responding to generic Dutasteride, would you recommend oral brand name Finasteride or topical Finasteride?

    • @SomebodyAlex
      @SomebodyAlex  3 місяці тому

      From what I have seen oral minoxidil works great for those who are young and take high amount of it and don't have any underlying problems left to adress. Problem is that often taking high amount increses risk for sides.
      Yes, for some finasteride works better then dutasteride. Both topical and oral work well. Oral may be better for someone with high dht sensetivity

      DHT levels after stopping with finasteride increase quite fast (unless there are hormonal unbalances which is rarer) so in 6-8 weeks levels should be back to baseline. If you take test before stopping with finasteride levels should be below 50-70% for serum DHT
