I really enjoyed what the concept of this was but I did find I had to look to the video a lot to see what your actual movements were! Would have enjoyed more if it felt more flowly and I felt more in the moment. Thank you for this though. Was quite enjoyable 🙏❤️

“I beg you, to have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and to try to love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Don’t search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer.” This is from a book he wrote called "Letters to a Young Poet"
Thank you for this beautiful flow which was exactly what I needed this morning, as often happens in yoga and a special thank for sharing the quote by Reiner Maria Rilke, a poet I read and loved and who happened to live, for a part of his life, in a castle extremely close to where I live, in the far North East of Italy, where he wrote his possibly most renowned poems. I read that poem back in days but I managed to forget the words you quoted, however unforgivable it may seem. And those words are exactly what I needed today and they already answer, in a way, to my maybe most important unanswered question. Thank you for everything 🙏
