► Best SMALL Cities - • Top 10 BEST Small Citi...
► Best VERY SMALL Cities - • Top 10 BEST Very Small...
In order to determine which US city is the best (or worst), we first separated them into different groups based on their size:
Big Cities (Metropolitan population OVER 3 million residents)
Medium Size Cities (Metro population between 1.5 to 3 million)
Small Cities (Metro population UNDER 1.5 million)
I then analyze a few categories, including their economy, crime and safety, cost of living, schools, health, traffic, things to do, and quality of life. I also implemented my personal experiences and the pros and cons of each location to find the best places to live. There will be a new video for EACH city size group, so be on the lookout for them!
My biggest suggestion is to visit these cities and states first to decide where you want to move to and live.

Crypto currency is the future, investing in it will be the wisest thing to do especially with the current rise right now.
Stocks are good but crypto is better because is more widely used in the world
Stock's are crashing, Bitcoin Investment right now will be at every wise individual list in a month you we be ecstatic with the decision you make today

We had to live in Phoenix two years ago in late May, June, July and left August 4th. It was hell! We were confined inside the house we rented at least 16 hours of the day. We are from 8,000 feet in the Sierra Nevada of California and our blood is thicker than people who live in lower elevations so we are quite sensitive to heat. We have a lot of family there, but we normally don't visit from May 1st to October 15th. We love our family, but don't ask us to be there in the 6 months of heat.
@@xXxOklahomAxXx Hell started early this year in the 1st week in April and now 100+ days for the past two weeks I think? They are talking about the entire "summer" being over 100F. Winter was hot this year too. Only a few cold days.

Been there two times and I found it pretty small and boring.
Born and raised in Boston. I actually live in Boston unlike other ppl who claim to live in the city. Boston is a racist city. It’s extremely expensive, traffic sucks, it’s always cold, ppl are sure and it’s sooo boring. The only good thing about it is the school system and the hospitals. LA and San Francisco make NYC look cheap, lmao
I agree with so much on this list. I moved from Phoenix to San Diego in 2012 and then to Connecticut in 2015 and have visited most of these cities. The Phoenix description was spot on and I love it there but it do feel like a huge suburb there and everything looks the same. San Diego and Seattle are my two favorite cities with SD holding the edge as tops, and NYC is NYC! I would have still added LA to the mix for the simple fact that you can do everything there in the region that you can do in any other metro area.
I love it here in San Diego ❤️❤️ definitely is worthy of the #1 city in America and would highly recommend to visit!
Bro why isn't Chicago here? Its soooooo underrated. People just assume its bad because the media blows shit up. Its only bad in a few neighborhoods on the south side. Its beautiful everywhere else.
Bruh, I have to keep telling all my Army buddies who think Chicago should be renamed "ChiRaq": Nah, there's 70+ neighborhoods... 80% of that crime is in Austin, Garfield Park, Englewood, & some bleedover into their respective neighborhoods. It's pretty chill, great food, awesome nightlife, sports scene is a blast. I'm looking to move only because (a) the winters are COOOLD & (b) I'm sick of the traffic.
It’s because of murder rate and crime
I think the winters a big problem (at least for me) lol
West side too
Tristan Bowers I think the media blows the murder rate out of portion to try and keep the population down! So Chicago isn’t even in the top ten murder rates in the US but it always makes the news! ! Where I live now in Louisiana children getting shot and killed but it doesn’t make national news but if I happens in Chicago it will definitely make national news! Plus Conde travel magazine ranked Chicago the best big city to visit three years in a row!
Move to Seattle, end up in a different country.

If you ever do a video on anywhere in South Florida, I would recommend doing separate videos for Miami and Fort Lauderdale/West Palm Beach. The area is HUGE and are very very different. People from Miami rarely go north and people from north of Miami in South Florida rarely go south. Keep up the awesome content! These videos are terrific!
Adam Exactly
I was raised in Fort laudy for 14 years of my life. They call it the venice of amarica because of the canals system close to the beach.
I always loved where i am from.
Beautiful beaches
A laidback vibe compared to miami
Less expensive but it's getting up there now.
And just a diverse set of people.
I was raised on Oakland park and i swear i see the most Jamaicans and Haitians over there haha.
We got a the 7th largest mall (sawgrass mills) next to the BB&T center where all the concerts are usually at.
There's a growing food scene as well.
You can find that we got the best Carribian food in the U.S hands down and pretty good Greek and Cuban food.
Also if you like Sea food we definitely got that.
It's really been expanding, places like Wilton Manors and Coconut Creek.
Great food and great weather all year round. Though humid in the summer.
Fort Lauderdale is a beautiful city

The worst traffic I've ever experienced was in Seattle. Due to the hills, the roads are a bit weird, with some strange large intersections. But the amount of traffic on the streets was insane and seemingly endless. It does rain there, it isn't just a myth. It's number of sunny days is very limited.

Super interesting video!! I am considering moving to Houston or Tampa when I graduate I'll keep all this in mind! Thank you for this!!
Glad I could help!
If you come to Houston just know the traffic is pretty bad, but other than that I love it. People complain about the heat but to me it’s better than freezing my ass off in one of the northern cities. The one thing that Houston is the best at is food. Houston is so diverse so you can find all types of restaurants from bbq, Mexican, seafood, Cajun, soul food, Korean, Indian, Italian, Chinese... pretty much almost any country you can think of. I just saw they opened a Morrocon restaurant not too far from me.
@frank da tank Wow thank you for this wonderful comment! I am from Baton Rouge so I’m use to horrible traffic and heat!! I think it would be a little easier adjustment to Houston than Tampa. The food choices sound amazing but being from Louisiana we also have great food so great to know that! 🤗
Red Bean ASMR Houston is better than Tampa imo, and it’s close to Baton Rouge
I’m from Tampa and it’s a pretty good place to live. It has great weather and everyone is pretty chill. If you ever get bored there are plenty of other cities nearby with cool stuff like Orlando or St. Petersburg.
As New York transplant living in San Diego, I’m pretty happy that LA didn’t make this list. 🤣 Also happier that I went from #9 to #1. I freaking love San Diego! 😎

Also, I went to San Diego for comic con and it was so fun and I could totally see why that beat Tampa. I love the gold specks you can see in the ocean and it looks gorgeous
❤️ my Tampa Florida, been here a year and let me tell you one of the best places in the us. Not so close to the beach so not so many tourists, also 30 minutes to #1 Clearwater Beach. 1 hour away from Disney world & Universal. Busch gardens, Florida Aquarium. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
Is it racist? Money?? And how is schools ?
@@katvogue2871 its racist no matter where u go lol
@@katvogue2871 no racist, money is like any other city and schools depend on where you go
I actually live in San Diego and fully expected this not to be on the list as it’s always overshadowed or overlooked by our neighboring city’s. I can conform everything he said about our city is completely correct
what about taxes and homelessness?
very nice video
I’m glad that my mom decided to not move to Orlando and stay to Boston, but even before I watched this video I still didn’t want to move
Hell yeah I’m glad phoenix is getting recognition
Exactly, everyone complains it’s too hot, but it’s only for 3 months the rest of the year it’s sunny no humidity and gorgeous and cheap to own a home.
Moving to Dallas is the best decision I've made in my life so far
Subscribed already 😉👍🏻
When are you doing the mid sized cities? This quarantine has me refreshing the page all damn day
He did them
About to move to Tampa from Tulsa as soon as this virus lightens up, I was hoping to see it on here, super excited!
Colton Streeter me too- Getting my house ready to put on the market and hopefully I’ll be in Tampa by the end of summer!
Perfect time to come weather is perfect
@@johndefazio1092 looks like a lot of people are moving to Tampa area. We are thinking also to move by the end of this year from Illinois, depends how fast we can sell our home.
Marta M Major city- much different then Jacksonville, Orlando and Miami offers. You get Tampa, St Pete and Clearwater in one area. I’m in Rhode Island- just need to take a look at the weather today and that says it all! And no state income tax
I love watching 15 minutes of advertisements, with a few seconds of the actual video I'm attempting to watch thrown in
My list:
10. Miami/Tampa
9. Seattle
8: Austin
7. Dallas
6. Boston
5. Chicago
4. San Diego
3. Philadelphia
2. San Antonio
1. Denver
Austin ain't a big city.
Bro I live in Houston it’s so amazing peaceful and fun/happy there the weather is just weird
Tr3y5 BigTone I didn’t ask you
Tr3y5 BigTone did I ask
I live in Houston and honestly I don’t get the hype :(....it’s literally so boring.
To be fair, I don’t think you can comment you live in Houston and you think it’s boring if you live in the ‘burbs... if you’re into eating and drinking it’s one of the best places to live from October to April. Lack of nature and terrible summers knock it down
You've clearly haven't heard of Michigan
I like Seattle most. Good infrastructure and great climate. Never really gets too hot or cold.
YES! SAN DIEGO IS AT THE TOP. Having previously lived in Nor Cal and a little bit of LA. I must say I made the right choice going to UCSD. Great food, great traffic, great beaches, and excellent beer.
I live in Seattle and it hasn"t stopped raining since Thanksgiving! Snow in the forecast.I'm moving!!
Seattle is growing so fast it's like everyone in the world is moving there.
Now Tacoma is booming because everyone wants to move to cheaper housing.
I guess you can't keep a secret for long.
So true
Haha yeah that whole area just has way too many people. Honestly actual Seattle itself definitely seems built to handle the influx of residents though. The city really feels like a place with 6/7million people in the metro. Surprised there aren't even 4million
If everyone is moving to Tacoma then nothing will be cheaper anymore there.
Seattle used to be amazing. Great food, funky local culture. The douchebags were all relegated to Bellevue, but now there is still nightmarish traffic, it is even more overpriced, the sun doesn't shine for 7 months out of the year, and the cool, funky neighborhoods are full of assholes.
@@seanstampley9739 that about sums it up.
I'm glad to see my home city of Tampa at #2!
From Houston, moved to Dallas after I graduated... love the city! Thinking about moving to NYC.
Screw NYC you need a vaccination card just to eat at a restaurant. Try a non-liberal city
Moved to Denver from LA a few years ago...I’m never leaving! Such a nice area to live in! And yes, San Diego is probably the most underrated city in California.
I had a feeling a part of Florida like Tampa would be on that list😂✌💯
@Chooey Sooares I live in tampa and have met several people that moved from Jacksonville to here. From what most people say and from what I've experienced Jacksonville is where country meets city. The people are rude and theres barely anything to do there other than catch a Jags game. And crime is rampant
Glad Houston made this list, it really a nice city
I visited San Diego for Comic Con and I absolutely loved it, so I'm not surprised that it's #1 on the list. 😁
I grew up in Seattle and it rained almost every day. After living there for 25 years, I made a move to Florida just outside of Tampa Bay and love it here.
Why? Just curious because im making the same move.
I literally pushed that like button when he said BOSTON
