❤Every single time I have trouble with something, whether it be neck, shoulder back pain etc… I remind myself to go to Bob and Brad on UA-cam and I’m never disappointed. I’ve even bought your handheld massage machine and other equipment and always feel better. Thank you so much for what you do. Just the fact that you do these videos for free and don’t spend an hour doing infomercials only to sell a product and not give any tips that actually help, shows that you are both wonderful people!!❤

INSTANT FREAKING RELIEF...God bless you guys. My husband managed to help me down to the floor on my stomach... I was able to go up on my elbows. It took about 45 seconds of gently holding myself up, but all of a sudden the area unclenched. I stayed there for as long as my arms could hold me up and I was able to stand up totally unassisted at the end. As the day has progressed I have got down on the floor any time I felt that tightening in my siatic nerve area. Thank you, this has given me peace from the pain. I am going to keep doing all the other things you have suggested as I get better. I love you guys.

Hi Bob and Brad. Thanks for sharing these "pearls" of knowledge. I applied your McKenzie method which I saw in your other videos and my pain centralized to the central lower back beltline. In about a minute the numbness on my left buttocks leg and lower leg started to subside. I spent a whole week in a hospital, the pain meds helped a bit but the doctors weren't able to provide much needed relief. It was when I read in a fist aid article that applying ice on the swelling part would have releived the pain that I felt my piriformis muscle area loosened up. I spent money being confined in a hospital but checked out with the pain still there albeit reduced to certain degree coupled with light headedness due to pain meds and lost work hours. Now I am finding your tests and therapy methods working well for me. I feel that given time i may be going back to work better. I arramged foe an MRI and would be able to cinfirm if I also have a herniated disc. I hope not. May God richly bless both of you and your loved ones. Thank you.

You guys just made my life SO MUCH BETTER.
I saw many videos saying that lying on your stomach is the worst for sciatica since it "pinches" the nerves. I've been constantly suffering big time from both legs for weeks now, can't even make two steps without a cane, and my lower back was a mess (I suspected a bulging disc). From the waist down to my feet, I was just in horrible pain. So I decided to give your advices a chance. Tried the cat cow stretching exercises and lay down on my stomach as often as I could.
After a week or so, most of the sharp and really painful pain was gone. The pain in my legs is just a dull hum now, and my lower back is still painful but nothing compared to the past weeks of hell.
    So yeah. Thank you. Really.

About 10 days ago I did something innocuous that set off a bad sciatica attack, and while I've had back problems most of my life (I'm 66), this was by far the worst. I've watched about a dozen videos and have been doing all the exercises but nothing seemed to have worked. What I discovered was that the more active I was, either working out or just moving around, the more normal I felt. I even painted a bathroom and my back felt completely normal the whole time. However , once I tried to go to sleep, the pain became excruciating even with naproxen , so that I have only been getting about 4 hours sleep a night. Last night I realized that every morning the pain would quickly subside after drinking my coffee so last night at around midnight, I brewed myself a cup and low and behold, the pain subsided, not completely, but enough to get some sleep. This morning I took half a No Doze along with naproxen with the same results, no pain all day. Don't know if others will see the same benefits but it's certainly worth a try. Good luck!

For anyone having sciatic problems ill just put my experience here and what i THINK fixed it for me, i dont think its an exact science.
I had this pain for about a full year and it stopped me from running for 6 full months because itd spark back up every time i ran, i tried stretching, resting, changing my technique. None of that worked, it has finally come right and i BELIEVE it's because i started doing 15 squats every morning which strengthened my leg. Anyway good luck out there

For some reason my Glutes get knots (trigger points). I have to massage it. It took me 4 days to get back to normal. It will cause my Sciatic Nerve to transfer pain down my leg. Then I remembered Bob and Brad's exercise of laying on my back bending my legs and stretching. It helps a lot Bob and Brad. I never knew until you two showed me on your video. Thank you Bob and Brad. I will try option number 2 on my back, and 3 the traction. I have been hanging from these metal banisters at a loading dock I frequent. I have a slipt disc on my R-5. It hasn't gone out for a long time like 2 or 3 years. I've thrown it out many a time getting out of a Shower! I usually use traction to get it back into place either by me hanging or actually going to my Chiropractor and getting on the Traction Machine

I wanted to mention the Feet Up stool to y'all. Your videos have helped me treat my sciatica, but this stool does it too, super fast with longer lasting effects, at least for me. Y'all should check it out. I bought it at the beginning of the pandemic and I have gotten the same results several times. Problem is, the effects are SO long lasting that when I actually DO have a flare up I have completely forgotten about it. Happened again this week, after at least a couple weeks of suffering. Five minutes of inversion and leg poses, a minute or 2 stretching with it while on my feet and it's completely gone! I think it may be magic, but I'd love to hear what y'all have to say about it.

I'm too short to do traction, and don't have the hand holds (I think that would work). I can't do it anywhere but on my rather squishy bed (probably needs a new mattress), but still helping. No matter what I do, the pain on my right thigh will NOT go away. I can’t sleep, I can’t stand or walk or sit. It’s constantly in pain and I cannot relieve it. They’ve given me anti inflammatory and pain meds - 4 different ones - and it still hurts.
I don’t what to do. I tried everything in these videos and it just makes it worse. The only thing that’s helped me is standing up it goes away on the right thigh. But then soon after it starts hurting on the left side and if I turn my head at all or stand straight it shoots pain down both sides of my legs. I don’t know what to do I just want to sleep I need help.

Do all Bob and Brad's exercises, one will work, or maybe more than one. Good luck!

Is there a video (or a description) of how to get on and off the floor safely without twisting and injuring myself more? I do not have a flat surface to do the proper stretches, so I have to get on the floor. Currently my left leg is worse (and muscles are tighter) than my right leg.

Ok, Mine was going from my back to my hip to the bottom of my leg. But now after several weeks of PT, now the pain is concentrated on the lower back. What should I tell my PT, Does this changes the exercises I have to do?
