  • Hi Everyone,
    Welcome to Day 7 of the 21 Day Pranayama Challenge! We are already one week through!
    We will be adding Chandra Bhedi Pranayama or the Left Nostril Breathing to our practice today. The techniques we will practice today are:
    1. Yogic Breathing
    2. Kapalbhati
    3. Chandra Bhedana Pranayama
    4. Anulom Vilom Pranayama ( 1:1:1 ratio)
    5. Bhramari Pranayama
